A very nice brain support formula that has the main ingredient I personally look for and am after, PS….the actual amount of PS, per capsule, is 150 mg’s…. not 500 mg’s…. it’s standardized to 30% PS material, so doing the math means 150 mg’s per serving, or per capsule. Only one capsule per serving which is good, they manage to get all this into a regular sized capsule. The synergistic nutrients are nice to have, although some are more for “window dressing” than efficacy I’d think, like the ginkgo, it’s just the leaves, not an extract, and only 100 mg’s, but then again, the body is said to utilize small amounts of some substances to it’s benefit, even if in low doses, as I understand it. Anyhow, there is a decent amount of the often “bulky”, elemental magnesium, a full 100 mg’s, which is about 25% of the RDA. I also take notice that the form of magnesium used here, is the ideal form, the most body friendly type, the bisglycinate form, which says a lot about the brand in my opinion, high quality ingredients.I do like it much better when they do the math for you on the label, instead of playing games with the percentage of active material, making it look to many, that there’s more in there than there really is…. it should read PS… 150 mg’s (From 500 mg’s of 30% PS), or something like that…. 150 mg’s per capsule is a very nice dose, but I guess the problem is so many brands list PS this way, it becomes a matter of being able to compete, and if half the brands out there are calling it 500 mg’s, then they better too, I’d guess is the reasoning there. Anyhow, this is made in the US and it’s a great product.

Buyer beware!
This product was recommended to me to help with sleep, and cortisol spikes. I took it at night and I was up over half the night because it got me SO wound up, itchy, nervous, and awake! It took until half the next day for me to get back to normal. I will try it in a few days but take it in the morning to benefit from the alertness it gave me, BUT, if all the nervousness and hyper awareness and itchiness comes back, then no more!

This is a supplement that includes phosphatidyl serine. It also includes ginkgo, magnesium, bacopa, rhodolia rosea, L-theanine, ashwagandha, black pepper. I take many of these separately anyway so it is nice to have them in one pill.I love that the company and website are clearly listed on the bottle. I also really like that they are based out of North Carolina, USA.The pills are veggie caps and easy to swallow. You get 150 pills. They recommend one a day so this is a great deal!!This is a good blend for brain health and wellness.NOTE – You may have seen the line above my review that says, ”Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product.” So you may be thinking, ”Who cares what this person says because of course they will say nice things because they got something for free?!?” I know because I used to feel the same way when I read reviews!Well, you may not have realized this, but vine reviewers are subject to having to pay taxes on these items. So I bought this product because I have trouble staying asleep. I like the ingredients that are in the pill. I tried it last night. I took it around 4 pm because someone in the comments wrote it kept her up all night. So I didnt have the best sleep but I can’t tell if it was because of this. I went from taking a single-ingredient ginkgo extract to this supplement because of its interesting formulation. I have taken it for several weeks now, and I cannot tell a difference between it and the previous product. This is not a negative because I know I feel better taking this supplement; I just can’t discern any additional benefits.Overall, I think this is a solid addition to my cognitive arsenal.
