Delicious beetroot gummies
The healthful qualities of beets are now well-known (I should have been drinking borscht all of these years). Its original humble reputation (along with that of the turnip and potato) probably reflected its “lowly” growth history as a root vegetable: until evidence for the amount of nutrients and vitamins it contains had it anointed a true “Superfood”. Beets contain high levels of potassium, and are a very good source of folate and manganese, iron, vitamin C and fiber. Studies indicate they may have positive cardiovascular effects, may help to increase muscle efficiency, may be effective in lowering blood pressure, and may help increase blood flow to the brain.One problem with beets is that they are high in oxalates, making them a very risky food for those prone to kidney stones (as I am). So I decided to try these Pharmvista Beetroot Gummies 300mg, hoping that distilling beetroot nutrients into gummy form might reduce their oxalate levels. These gummies feature a delicious fruit flavor with a noticeable beetroot aftertaste. They are easy to chew and swallow with no stomach issues. Some may find them a bit on the sweet side but I wasn’t bothered by the small addition of sugar. All-in-all, these gummies are a good way of gaining beetroot nutrients without eating lots of beets.

Don’t like that there is added sugar but the nutrients and vitamins on the label are legit.The consistency of these is more like a squishy swedish fish than a Haribo gummy. If that makes sense to anyone lol.The taste isn’t my favorite. I cannot even describe the taste. It’s not horrendous or anything but it’s kind of like a flavor… Like what I imagine carrot juice to taste like possibly.I will finish the bottle and see if I feel any difference or see any difference in my blood pressure and such and update my review then.I would say so far these are decent and if you are interested in the benefits of beets/beetroot that you might want to give this a try!

Easy, Tasty Way to Get the Benefits of Beetroot
We’ve all been told since childhood that beets are good for you, and I love them. I didn’t know until recently, though, the reason they’re healthy. They are a great source of nitrates that are converted into nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels and can lower blood pressure. Since it would be monotonous to prepare and eat fresh beets every day, this gummy gives you a way to get the benefits of beets in a small, easy to take, concentrated form. If you don’t like the taste of beets, don’t worry. These gummies have a delicious fruit taste. They are a bit sweet, but I’d expect gummies to be sweet. I haven’t taken them long enough to see results with my blood pressure, but they taste good, so it’s not a sacrifice to continue using them until my next doctor’s appointment.

Great tasting and easy way to get your beets!
I ordered these as a supplement to assist with my wife’s and my circulation.They arrived quickly and with no damages to the container.We were both pleasantly surprised with the taste of these gummies. They are sweet but not candy-like, and the quality of the gummies are firm but still soft and not sticky to the touch.I can’t say how well these work this early into using them, but beets are a proven food to help keep your circulatory system working properly. We’re both senior citizens so we’re doing what we can to stay healthy and active, and hopefully these will help us to achieve this goal.Based on what ingredients these contain and how they taste, I definitely recommend these beet gummies.

Delicious way to eat beets but little high in calories!
These are tasty gummies and I think any way to get the benefits of beets without the texture of eating them is good in my mind. The pomegranate flavor is nice and so is the texture when I’m chewing them. They even surprised me by having some green coffee and green tea extract, albeit the amount is very negligible being just 1mg of each, but still neat.The part that I didn’t care for is the high calories that these have which is more than double the amount that my normal beet gummies have. An easy and tasty way to get the healthy benefits of beetroot.
As someone with health issues including cardio and circulation, I’m always doing some research on ways to help improve my life. I read that beetroot can help with heart issues by improving blood circulation. I came across these beetroot gummies from Pharmavista and decided to give them a try. I enjoy taking these as they are a very tasty gummy with a pomegranate and cherry flavor. They are very soft and easy to chew which I appreciate as well and don’t upset my stomach. And as I mentioned in my headline, they are a great way to get the healthy benefits of beetroot. With all this in mind I can recommend these to anyone looking for a way to improve their circulation and want something that is easy and tasty to take. 5 out of 5 stars.

Easily chewable, disolves quickly, and tastes good
I started taking beetroot as a supplement currently a chewable tablet form. These gummies are soft and fresh and have a good fruity taste making them more enjoyable and easy to take. Texture is perfect. So I can see the appeal of gummies in general as a form to take vitamins and supplements as an alternative to swallowing pills, using powders, etc. The chewable tablets I now take have 500mg of beetroot as opposed to the gummies being 300mg.Interesting bit of info to note the recommended dosage for beetroot is 1,000-2000mg a day. It’s also interesting that the Pharmvista brand as well as my current supplement brand are half or less than the minimum recommended daily dosage. In any case I decided as a start I wanted to wait and see if the amount I’m taking regularly is doing anything at all in regards to my blood pressure. Then go from there to think about increasing the mg’s.
