The product title alone drew my attention- Menopause Relief. Like the unicorn of cronehood. Could there really be such a stage as relief? I’m happy to report to a certain extent- yes.I am into my second decade of post menopause and while I started early I didn’t really have many of the typical symptoms until the last 4-5 years. Brain fog, check. Dryness, check check. Hot flashes all of a sudden are check check check.I think every woman experiences hormonal shifts in their own way and pattern so I pay attention when a product seems to have positive effects for a more generalized population of ladies. The company name is reputable and gave me a certain amount of immediate trust in trying this product. I think the most perceptible change occured in my hot flash reaction. Our season is finally changing up here in the North East which can affect my sleep pattern anyways as the nights warm up. Typically I have a few nights a week that I inexplicably wake up drenched. It is such an unpleasant experience that I’m often awake for a good portion of the night having to change my night clothes and seemingly unwind from the experience.Since taking this product I have only had one hot flash wakeup call and that was a night that was much warmer than the others had been and I had a blanket on that I usually don’t use. I don’t know what constitutes a “certifiable” hot flash but if I’m soaked I’m calling it one.Brain fog seems to be dependent on the amount of sleep the night before. If I sleep better and dryer it stands to reason that my brain is clearer. Easy way to take creatine
Creatine is the most studied exercise supplement and there’s lots of research around it’s mental boosting power as well. This is an easy way to take the recommended does. It’s advertised for menopause but could be taken by anyone looking to have some Creatine. This has helped with overall fatigue in the gym and mental acuity.Going forward I’m probably just buying bulk creatine powder since it’s cheaper but if you like having easy to take pills instead this is a good option.

I gave a bottle of this to a coworker who has been struggling with some tough menopause symptoms, and she’s had a positive experience with it. She’s noticed real improvement with her brain fog, and while her hot flashes haven’t gone away completely, she’s felt some relief from how relentless they were before. What really stands out is that after finishing the bottle I gave her, she went out and continued taking it on her own. She feels like it’s genuinely helping her manage her symptoms. I can’t speak to my own personal results since this wasn’t for me, but seeing how much it’s helped someone I work with day to day says a lot.

Im very pick with what supplements I use and really appreciate that this has quality ingredients in it. Herbs that actually work for the symptoms of menopause. I didnt notice much of a difference from these at first but after about a week I noticed a difference in my brain fog, energy levels, and hot flashes. The world doesnt warn you how debilitating those can be at times. I have trouble swallowing pills but these were small enough that I didnt have any issues. I’m also sensitive so I only took 1 capsule at a time and found relief from that dose. I didnt have any negative side effects. I feel the current price $21.97 is a fair value considering that it does work. I’t even a better value since Im able to make 1 bottle last 2 months. Overall, this is a great menopausal support and is worth buying.

I do Recommend These, But Follow Directions And Take in The Morning.
So far so good. One thing I definitely learned was to follow directions! The label tells you to take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning. Well, when I first started trying these, I took them in the mid to later afternoon. I believe this is what caused me to not be able to wind down. It wasn’t a jittery feeling, just my mind didn’t want to go to sleep. I wondered what I had taken that would cause me to not fall asleep. Then I remembered the instructions on this is to take them ‘preferably in the morning’. So I did what I was supposed to do in the first place and decided to follow the instructions! I have since taken them in the morning and I have a much better time.The capsules are a bit on the larger side, maybe medium to large. A bit longer than a nickel, and the circumference is a big bigger. But they are easy to swallow.I like that these are clinically studied ingredients. They’re not some formula created in the lab with a bunch of harsh ingredients that your body can’t metabolize. The “other ingredients” listed is a simple capsule ingredient, microcrystalline, cellulose, and silica. I really like that there are only a handful of ingredients – including the other ingredients – instead of a whole list of unknowns you’ve never heard of or can’t pronounce. Many times, less is more. Also worth noting, this supplement is free of preservatives, sugar, and artificial colors/flavors!I appreciate the child-proof lid. Most supplements don’t seem to come with this type of lid. But this is a good idea, especially if you have grandchildren, or young children in the home.This is a brand that I purchase other products from and I trust! Their contact information, including their website and phone number, are on the bottle. I like knowing I can contact them with any questions I may have.I do recommend these. If you feel after 30 days, these are not working for you, then you’re not out a lot of money. At this time in a woman’s life, it’s not uncommon for us to have hundreds of dollars wasted on gimmicks, just trying to get relief. These, I think are worth trying.
