Peri-menopausal capsule supplement

Though I am a longtime user of supplements, this is the first time I have tried a product from Elevate Recovery. So, as I always do with a supplement company that I am unfamiliar with, I researched the company. They have been in business for over a decade and appear to be a legitimate American business based in Texas. According to their website they have been using the same GMP-certified USA manufacturer and 3rd-party-lab-testing their products for years. They recently decided to add this information to the product label and expect that to happen soon, but the product I received does not yet show it. However, I feel satisfied that this company is trustworthy. When opening the bottle, there is an herbal smell, but it isn’t noticeable from the individual capsules nor is there any taste. The capsules are large but not excessively so, and I had no trouble swallowing them. Getting a 90-day supply in one bottle is certainly a good value! Effectiveness is harder for me to assess. In all fairness, I am a couple years into menopause, whereas this is marketed for peri-menopause. When I was in peri-menopause, I found many supplements more effective for the symptoms than I do now in full menopause. I do think this may be helping me somewhat with my hot flashes and energy level and such, but it’s not enough to make those issues go away for me. In combination with other things, this is probably helping me, but it’s hard to judge how much. If you are peri-menopausal, it probably would help more. It’s certainly worth a try, especially since I have had no side effects.

Definitely working

Seems to be working quickly. Unfortunately when your hormones start to swing back you end up feeling like you did in your 20’s and 30’s. You get zits again, emotionally challenged and the desire to do things we’ll just say.. good news that only lasts for a few weeks and your back to normal. 😁👍
