    Yes, I love the stuff. Keep me moving pretty regularly keep me moving a natural way but there’s also a lot of gas from it but it’s good. Keep the pressure off my heart or should I say the back pressure on my heart I don’t know but it helps. I love it. Thank you.

    Good product bad packing

    Good product terrible packaging. Many times the package is sticky when I receive, and once you open, you cannot seal it again. The seal does not work.

    START SLOW!

    – Start slow. This stuff gets your mobility going.- Easy to just add to yogurt (along with a fiber powder also). Taste is no big deal.- No belching. No gastritis. But your stomach is going to gurgle for a few days.- Did I say to start slow? LOL- I replaced basic Inulin powder (Nutricost) with this stuff and will report back after several weeks. Those in the know say the FOS component is important and I agree.
