Aftertaste almost unbearable but helped with nausea
Similar to other reviews, I am cutting a star because of the aftertaste of the fish oil. It was honestly awful. I couldn’t stand being in my first tri, nauseous, and burping that for hours after. Otherwise, I do actually think this helped with the nausea due to the high amount of B12. I personally don’t have an issue with swallowing vitamins so I didn’t mind they were large / had a few to take.

Great Product
I am early in my first trimester of my second pregnancy—7 weeks 2 days—and in my first pregnancy I was unable to take vitamins due to them making me so incredibly nauseous. I have experienced the opposite impact with these so far. My nausea has kicked in but after I take these vitamins it seems to subside. The price is a little steep but I like that they are trimester specific and do more than traditional vitamins with the ginger and B6. Fingers crossed they keep going down smoothly!

Best prenatal
This was incredibly nauseous and I was using nature made prenatals and switched to this one and it made such a huge difference. The only downside is that they are incredibly stinky and kind of difficult to get down.

Good quality
I really enjoyed these and felt better after swapping to them since my previous ones didn’t have iron. The omega one does have a bit of a fishy smell but that’s expected and I make sure I take it first so I get it fully washed down otherwise I get indigestion. Make sure you eat and drink enough water with them, though! My only complaint is that every time they showed up, the box was poorly handled and half crushed. The pills inside were always intact though.

Taste / Smell
I was very hesitant because I saw so many reviews on the smell, taste, and burps / this is my first pregnancy. They smell like any normal fish oil vitamin. That’s if you go out of you way to smell it. As for the taste, it is non existent to me. I am very sensitive to smells and tastes and this has been nothing! If you are debating getting these because of the smell and taste, get them!! It’s really no big deal. I am not naturally a gassy person, so I don’t burp much. For the 2 times I have, there has been no after taste. Definitely recommend these! 😊

Good, Will Use Again
Took these my whole pregnancy and even through my “fourth” trimester. Really happy with how simple it made staying on top of supplements. The taste and digestion of the fish oil pill was tough at the end if my pregnancy but otherwise, no complaints.

Love it so far
I personally love these so far! The fact that I can grab a little packet and go if I need to and I don’t have to shuffle trying to open multiple pill bottles to grab all of the pills I need is so convenient. I saw a lot of people were complaining about the smell or taste, I absolutely have no problem with it. It smells sort of Earthy but I mean it’s vitamins not candy, although we will see what happens once I start having nausea. They’re not too big so they’re very easy to swallow. Very happy so far!

Bad smell, tastes awfulBad smell, tastes awful
I took these from 4 weeks until 10 weeks pregnant. They’re large and smell so bad, I honestly think they made my nausea 10x worse. The one good think about these are the fact that they’re individually packaged which makes taking them on trips or on the go easy. I did get several packs that either didn’t have all of the pills or were damaged which was disappointing. They were hard to swallow and tasted horrible. I would not purchase these again and I’m disappointed that I spent so much on them.
