I’ve been happy with this probiotic so far. I’ve noticed less bloating and gas, although I think some of the other benefits may take more time and consistent use to become noticeable. I like that the formula combines probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, and other ingredients for more comprehensive gut support.The capsules are easy enough to take, have no unpleasant taste or aftertaste, and don’t require refrigeration, which makes them especially convenient for travel. I wanted to give this four stars due to the price and they way my shipment arrived. The lid on the glass bottle was broken, but the seal was not. The package had one side flap that has been pushed to the inside of the box. However, that really has nothing to do with the quality and effectiveness of the product. This is an impressive supplement with pre, pro and postbiotics. The ingredients are clean and certified organic. They include garbanzo beans and mushroom which provide peptides. I’m not sure that I’ve had any more energy than normal, but I love this product. I have had no bad effects from using it. Like I said before, the price is a bit high for a 30 day supply, but if you can get them on a coupon deal, they are well worth it. I do wish they offered a 60 day one with a discount.

I have actually noticed an improvement in my bathroom experiences while taking this probiotic. I wasn’t having problems with bloating beforehand, but things do seem to move more comfortably and consistently now. I also haven’t experienced any unusual side effects, gas, aftertaste, or stomach discomfort, and the capsule is easy to take.That said, the marketing is a little difficult to evaluate. The label emphasizes “peptide-powered” probiotics and 50 billion TCC, but it doesn’t clearly explain what those terms mean or how they make this product better than a conventional probiotic. TCC also doesn’t appear to be the same thing as the more familiar CFU measurement, so the 50-billion number may sound more impressive than it really is.The other drawback is the price. At roughly $40 for a 30-day supply, this is considerably more expensive than many probiotics. Overall, I’m giving it four stars because it does seem to be effective for me and has caused no negative effects. I just think the price is high and some of the marketing claims could be explained more clearly.

These come beautifully packaged in a glass bottle, they do not feel cheap. They do feel like they are making a little difference to my bloating, so that’s good. They are medium sized tablets, however, they lost one star due to a weird issue, they stick to the roof of my mouth when I try to take them, you need a big mouth of water for these. Otherwise, they feel like quality ingredients and are pretty good value for money.

I love that this probiotic supplement is natural, vegan and non-GMO as well as being made with organic ingredients. The dosage is just one standard size capsule a day, and I find them to go down very easily. I have had no issues with side effects or tummy ick of any sort when taking these, even on an empty stomach.For the current cost of just under $40 for a one-month supply, I feel like these are a competitive value when compared to similar products. I would definitely consider ordering these again.

So many of them don’t have the ingredients listed on the label, in the amounts listed on the label or their manufacturing processes are sloppy.I trust the Elevate Organic company. Their products are made in the USA, are verified non-GMO and USDA Organic using an accredited certifying agent. They use clinically studied ingredients. I have never had an unpleasant experience using Elevate Organic products and have always had good results.I was interested in this particular product because it’s a probiotic, with prebiotics and post biotics. I’ve been reading more and more about the benefits of a healthy colin and a healthy microbiome. Probiotics seem to assist in a healthy microbiome.The capsules were easy to take. They had no unpleasant after-taste, after-burps or cramping. I may have had more BMs than normal, but maybe that is a sign of a healthy microbiome?
