    Good product

    Easy to swallow really helps curb the appetite, a little expensive for what it is.

    It requires a lot of capsules to get a therapeutic dose of psyllium.

    It takes an enormous amount of capsules to provide a substantial amount of Psyllium. If you need capsules for health reasons, this will work. But figure out how many capsules you need to get a therapeutic dose. The amount on the bottle is woefully inadequate.

    Works great

    My primary care doctor recommended this as I can’t stand drinking metamucil. He says he takes it every morning and I have taken it for about a year now and really like it. No taste, no hassle and with Amazon autoship, I don’t have to remember to order it when I’m getting low.
