Two Weeks In and My Joints Already Noticed
I made the switch from standard turmeric supplements to Theracurmin and within two weeks I could already feel a difference in my hips and knees. That is not the kind of result I expected to notice so quickly, but here we are.The difference between regular turmeric and Theracurmin comes down to bioavailability. Standard turmeric and even many curcumin supplements are poorly absorbed by the body. Theracurmin uses a dispersion technology that makes the curcumin significantly more absorbable, which means your body is actually getting what the label promises rather than passing most of it through unused.Plain and simple: I feel this is effective for my joint pain relief. The ingredients are quality and therefore a true value for the money.If you have been taking turmeric for joint support and wondering why you are not feeling much, this may be exactly why. This is a better way.
My old regimen consisted of 2400mg of Qunol Turmeric with Ginger–daily–to handle daily arthritic peaks and valleys. For occasional flare ups I keep LUMINspired Bioturmeric on hand. By the way, LUMINspired is so good for sharp pain management, that I haven’t used Tylenol or Aleve for any reason during the past 2 years. Yes, it is available on here. Anyway, Theracurmin is very promising, particularly for joint fluidity. It takes a solid week to ramp up, but it is worth the slower process. You might find yourself questioning the shotgun effect of all that Quonol–and how little of it actually becomes bioavailable. For now, at least there are 2 viable delivery methods beyond the shotgun blast. The RHO process–in vast oversimplification–utilizes tiny fat bubbles….and works very well. The Theracurmin methodology is basically nanoparticles in water. It also works very well. What wasn’t working all that well was the constant barrage of Turmeric…taken right to the edge, and not all that far from a danger zone of sorts.

Quality Curcumin supplement
Theracurmin is the up-and-coming formula of Turmeric, intended to be more absorbant than its competitors. It is not nearly as well tested as C3 Complex, and is much more expensive.I take Turmeric every day as a natural proton pump inhibitor. I have done so now for several years, and recently have been switching from C3 complex to theracurmin. I have found this supplement to be effective, even though the dose is much smaller than C3 complex. I am happy to recommend it.As far as this exact brand, everything is in order. Proper certifications. Genuine Theracurcumin. Competitive price.

Good source for a helpful supplement
The benefits of turmeric as an anti-inflammatory herb are well-documented. What I didn’t know is that the active ingredient curcumin is often poorly absorbed. So I was interested in trying this supplement, which uses a patented process to significantly increase the bioavailability of the curcumin. It also includes ginger and piperine (the main ingredient in black pepper) which helps in absorption.I haven’t finished the 30 day bottle yet, and I have not noticed any dramatic effects. But I can say the capsules are easy to swallow, and have presented no problems in digestion, so I will keep taking them. I especially like that the capsules come apart easily, which allows me to open them and pour the powder into a hot cup of turmeric and ginger tea with honey, which I enjoy after a big meal.I like the fact that this supplement comes from Peak Performance. I have used several other supplements from them and generally trust the brand for quality and potency. This isn’t a magic bullet (at least not for me), but I feel confident that whatever benefits there are to get from turmeric, I am getting them.

Pass on these, a bunch of them are only half-full and I barely feel them, I’d need several to get solid relief.If you’re looking at this for joint inflammation like especially in your hands, buy the Life Extension Advanced Curcumin Elite. The regular Curcumin Elite is good too but the Advanced version with the Ginger in a liquid gel is amazing, it’s possibly better than 800mg ibuprofen and it’s fully equivalent to my Rx Meloxicam. Just be cautious taking on an empty stomach because it has a Ginger extract that’s pretty strong.But THIS product? Pass! Buy Life Extension or NOW.Edit: The company did reach out to me and refunded me for the purchase, so I added a star for that because it was a stand-up thing to do. Bioavailable Turmeric from Peak Performance
I use several other Peak Performance supplements. The fact that they are GMP certified, non-GMO, and made in the USA gives me confidence that their supplements contain what they say they do.Theracurcumin is a more bioavailable form of turmeric. Turmeric has been a popular medicinal herb used for centuries. Unfortunately, many supplements with turmeric can contain high levels of heavy metals. Because of that, I would like to know where this theracurcumin is sourced from, more than “globally sourced.” It would also be good to see that this is heavy metal tested.I do like that this also contains ginger and black pepper (bioperine) to enhance absorption.

High Absorption Curcumin That’s Actually Well Formulated
This is a strong option if you’re looking for something for inflammation and joint support. The Theracurmin form is the big selling point here since it’s designed to absorb much better than standard turmeric. That matters more than just loading up a label with high doses. It also includes black pepper and ginger, which helps support absorption and adds a little extra anti-inflammatory benefit.From a results standpoint, this is more of a steady support supplement than something you feel overnight.
