Got results- but there’s a catch – EDITED 6/16/26 new formula ineffective
Edit: changed from 4 stars to 1. The updated formula not effective. Not even a little. I even up’d the amount i took daily to no avail. Im super disappointed bc the old formula was practically miraculous. I’ll be looking into other brands.☹️I started taking this supplement ~3 months ago. (MOnly did 2 pills a day (rather than the recommended 4 because i dont like being told what to do, i guess?) Added it to my rotation and kinda forgot about it being new. I didn’t notice any changes… until i stepped on the scale around week 8.I had lost 5 lbs. Without trying. I then realized i hadn’t been craving sugar, feeling hungry constantly AND i had two periods free from RAGE PMS!!And- side note- My pills dont smell fishy or give me fishy burps.So, Im sold! Right?Ehhh. I also developed my first yeast infection-ish and UTI-like symptoms in years. (They subsided, no treatment) But- there was a delicate B.O. SMELL developing. Not fishy- but pungent. It got real bad around ovulation. Like i was in heat, or something. 💃🏼So, i switched brands hoping to get the same effects without the fun smell.No dice. No smell, but no help with symptom’s either.Apparently, Hero was also helping my anxiety. Not even 5 days into the new brand and i start realizing how BAD my anxiety was prior to hormone hero. It was bad, guys. Realll bad.So, now im back to Hormone Hero, but THIS NEWEST BOTTLE is a new formula ???? — its been a little over 1 week back on the ol’ Hero and Im only taking one pill per day – and i don’t smell like i’m in heat again yet! My anxiety is calming down, and cravings are diminishing again, too! Fingers crossed the new formula rids the bad side effects but keeps the life changing awesomeness parts!

This actually works. I did not have a regular menstrual cycle for over 2 years. I had one and then nothing for 3 months in 2024 and most of 2025. Going into this year 2026 I was starting to spot every other day. I knew something was wrong but I didn’t know what. (I’m pretty sure I have PCOS but it is unconfirmed.) I started taking these after much research and within the first month of taking this, the spotting stopped completely and I got a normal period! It was much heavier than I am used to since I have very mild periods so fair warning but this really worked. I don’t feel so bloated, I have much more energy and I am actually able to sleep at night now. I also must say I was not taking these on time every day as instructed but that also shows how good these really are! I am taking the capsule version not the gummies. I have not felt weird not taking it with food as some said they did but that is probably just that things affect others differently. I recommend this for sure! Plus I do think this is worth the value I paid. It solved my problem without a doctor visit. But that’s also due to my research and deductions being right on the nose. I recommend consulting someone though as I’m sure I probably should have too but this solved my issue.I also recommend not taking this is you’re going through menopause or post menopause because I saw a review that said she took it and she went to the hospital but it’s not the products fault. Research is key. There are products for menopause and post and this product is for helping with menstruation and ovulation.

I’ve been taking these for almost a month now. I chose the capsules over the drink powder due to the fact that the drink powder didn’t have omega-3’s, and that was an ingredient I wanted included in my supplement. So far, I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my energy levels, brain fog, and general ability to function. This is the first supplement I have tried for my PCOS (PMOS), and I can’t say for certain how much of my benefit from this is just placebo effect, but I do believe these have made a genuine difference for me.*Value for money: I think these are absolutely worth the money to try out, especially if you’re on antidepressants and looking for a supplement for hormone support that doesn’t include ashwagandha (always check with your doctor and be aware of possible drug interactions before starting a supplement!!!)*Ease of use: These are super easy to keep next to my bed and take with my other daily meds. The capsules *are* quite large, I would suggest the drink powder form of this one if you’re a person that struggles with taking larger pills. For me though, I take them 2 at a time (total of 4), and don’t have a problem getting them down that way.*Side effects: The smell is very strong, but in my experience, supplements just tend to smell bad. The smell doesn’t bother me too much (this is by far not the smelliest supplement I’ve ever tried). Especially since these do include omega-3’s, the fishy smell is very strong. It’s not difficult to hold your breath while you take them if you’re sensitive to smell. I have also had the fishy burps that I saw others mention when I was initially reading reviews. I found that it’s easy to decrease or avoid the fishy burps altogether by eating after I take them. I haven’t noticed any other unwanted side effects from these.TL;DR: I’d say these are worth a try, double check for drug interactions if you’re taking other daily meds, side effects are easily remedied. I’ll come back and update this review if my experience with these ever changes.

New Formula, no longer pink caps.
This product is just ok now. The old blend in the pink pill worked amazingly. For the new formula, i felt no difference in mood. I still felt very bloated after my 2nd week of use. I think the new formula i got just didn’t work as well as the previous one for me.

Worth a try!
After having both F tubes removed in 2022, I had so many issues. Docs would tell me that it wasn’t hormonal that i was fine when I clearly wasn’t. I was exhausted ALL the time no matter how much I slept, when I could sleep. Cycles were all over the place. I felt like I had lost myself. Now in 2026 I have decided to do something ab it. I bought these to try with hopes that I would start to feel better. I started a mostly anti inflammatory diet and I take 2 of these at night before bed. (Dose is 4 a day) A week and a half later I have noticed I am sleeping much better. I am not exhausted when I wake up or wanting to crash out at lunch time. I have more energy, my mood is better as well. I am usually ALWAYS bloated and uncomfortable, but I could tell after the first few days that that had gone significantly down. I also have noticed an increase in my drive which has been little to none. So overall, I’d recommend. I did have a headache from these the first night, but I regularly suffer from migraines so it’s didn’t faze me. No other issues after. Slight odor but I don’t have any issue with taking them or taste. Feeling great! Would recommend:)
