Unflavored but has taste, good for shakes
I ordered this greens powder supplement because it was unflavored. I discovered that this meant “no added flavors except for the natural greens.” Some members of my family thought it was fine because they like the taste of minced, dried veggies. I don’t. I also found out that it did not dissolve well, even when I used a milk frother to mix it up. (it got stuck inside my straw when I tried to mix it without the frother) It was a bit grainy and needed to be consumed fast, otherwise it will quickly settle on the bottoms and sides . It does work very well for shakes, which is probably how I will consume this product since frozen fruit does a good job of masking the veggie flavor.

Healthy mix; good for digestion
This is one of the better green/superfood drinks I’ve tried. It agains a variety of healthy ingredients. I like the way they break down the ingredients so you can see the different benefits. This blend has more for GI health than others I’ve tried including some of the digestive enzymes. It also has an antioxidant blend which is provides important protection against free radicals and an adaptogenic blend which are supposed to increase resistance to stress. This mixes well in a beverage. I have been mixing this with just water and I think it tastes good but if you don’t like the taste of stevia you might not like it.

Kitchen sink approach – which isn’t a bad thing. But a few things to take into account.
I like greens supplements to cover a wide spectrum – looking to fill in any blanks in my diet. Another thing I like is that getting the greens-related benefits is much easier than eating the large amount of greens it takes. (Mostly water and filler.) This combo has a little of everything. The actual individual amounts aren’t there, but that wide variety is nice.The issue for some may be the probiotics. Gut bacteria is proving to be even more important than originally thought and the mixes may have different effects from individual to individual. The types included are pretty common, but you might take a look first.There is a small taste to this taken directly, but less (and better) than most greens products. I add the scoop to smoothies so don’t notice this taste at all.

Peculiar, but not unpleasant taste
Greens powders are a bit of a fashionable thing right now. While I still think it’s better if, you know, you just eat a salad or something, some people would rather drink it. The scoop was buried pretty far in the powder, but it is in there, I promise. It recommends a whisk to mix it, but I just used one of those blender bottles. Flavor wise, it’s… interesting. If you’re sensitive to stevia, this is a no-go for you; this stuff tastes profoundly of stevia. It’s also somewhat peppery, in a black pepper sorta way. That being said, I couldn’t find any hint of piperine in this, but the flavor is completely different from the pretty awful smell. After it’s mixed in though, it doesn’t smell. I’m pretty sensitive to chalkiness in drinks, but I didn’t get any of that with this.While I still hold my reservations about whether greens powders are actually worthwhile or not, I don’t mind drinking this. The probiotics are a nice touch.

I am all about greens! I have used green superfoods in my morning smoothie for over 20 years (spirulina and wheat grass are my go to’s).I love the benefits.This blend of greens offers a whole host of other superfoods and healthy nutrition in a convenient way.Definitely has stevia in it, if that is a concern to you. I am lucky that I do well with it.I like this powder and even though it says unflavored, I find it does have a hint of taste and definitely stevia!I have added it to my typical regime and will enjoy mixing it up!

It’s always hard to review these types of items when you don’t have the medical equipment to do the scientific research that even major corporations either don’t have, or refuse to use.But I will say this: in the time that I’ve been using these, along with my other supplements, I haven’t noticed a decline in my overall feelings of health. For instance, I once included a pill that made me vomit on two separate days, so I had to change the order and way I did that one. And since I’ve been doing the same routine for so long, I’ve been pretty regular- thus predictable- and I now have a very intimate knowledge and feel for how my body is responding to things. If anything, I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall abilities; more energy, less forgetfulness.I would absolutely recommend these, and think that people will not only benefit from them, but will not be disappointed in them.
