Intriguing technology!
I must admit to being skeptical at first of the concept of vitamin patches. However, as I have learned more, I am now intrigued by the possibilities of this technology! These patches measure just over an inch square, and they are soft and flexible to the touch. They stay in place very well and peel off much the same way an adhesive bandage does. The first one I applied on the inside of my arm just below my elbow, and that was not a great location, because I could feel it when I moved, and it hurt a bit to peel it off. Since then I have tried placing them on my lower back and on my stomach, and I found it easy to forget they were there. After 8 hours, the patch peeled off easily. So, give careful thought to placement, and pick an area free of hair. I have had bad reactions to some skin adhesives in the past, but these do not leave any mark on my skin. They are simple to use, and they are especially good for those who have trouble swallowing pills or have digestive issues. These also avoid any issues with smell or taste that oral products may have. One of the reasons for my previous skepticism is the amount of active ingredients listed on the label. I would have to take 3 capsules to get that much, so how does that fit in this tiny patch? I found out that the amounts listed are “bio equivalents” rather than actual amounts. When medications are absorbed through the skin, you generally don’t need as high a dose as you need if you take them orally, because the delivery method is more direct. So, these patches deliver the equivalent to what you would get from an oral supplement that had the listed amount of active ingredient. But they don’t need such large physical amounts to deliver the same dose, because of the direct delivery method. Since I was taking oral supplements of most of these ingredients prior to using these patches, I wasn’t expecting to see any changes in my energy or my focus. But I will continue to use these and report back p if I feel that they aren’t working. The expiration date on the item I received is more than two years out.

Supplement Sticks Out Amidst the Others!
This patch had everything going for it when reading the ingredients, the manufacturing process, and the administration method were all clearly beneficial. The price is a bit more than some vitamins but if you need an option beyond swallowing, this cannot be beat. I am not a health care provider but tried these out for review.I love the idea of not having to swallow another pill. The ease of putting on a ‘bandage’ for less than a day is an easy sell to younger family members. The tape does not bother even the most sensitive skin we have in the home, it is not upsetting to our digestive system, and it does not interfere with clothing. I thought that the adhesive was a bit weak, two fell off before the halfway mark but they were placed in more active zones if truth be told.This is certainly an option to get supplements into someone who does not swallow capsules well or needs a bit of a boost. I am appreciative of this alternative; it works well when placed appropriately. Price may be a bit more than a daily pill, but this seems to be an avenue we can agree upon, and it works for us. It is important to always do our research especially where our younger ones are concerned, this type of supplement administration is a good choice here.

Love, super easy for picky kids who need omega 3’s
Super excited to have found these! My kids hate – with a vengeance – fish oil in all forms. I’ve tried liquid, pudding, pills and they just gag (21 and 12, for the record). My older one needs to take it due to some genetic processing deficiencies and my younger one has had “chicken skin” on the backs of her upper arms for years now. These patches are so awesome – super easy to use, the glue is non-irritating (both my kids are very sensitive to gluten and latex), they hold on to the skin for several hours and then you just peel them off (not pull them off, so no pain/discomfort) and you are good to go. My youngest’s chicken skin disappeared, while we were using them! You could literally see the improvements within 1-2 days of her wearing the patches. We’re out of them now and I’ll be reordering. It’s a tad pricey but it’s the only form that has worked for us, so we’re sticking with it.

Great concept, but not for sensitive skinGreat concept, but not for sensitive skin
While I love the concept of the product as my daughter is very finicky with what she will eat so gummies and liquid were not an option, she seems to be allergic to the adhesive in this product. I tried it 3x and each time, after the allotted time, she has a bright red patch on her skin. I took it off after the bath (hence the water). You can see that the one from yesterday is still visible slightly above tonight’s mark. YMMV. If your child doesn’t have sensitive skin, I’d say go for it! 700-1000mg of omega 3 was recommended by her neurologist for her ASD and ADHD. I guess I’ll try a liquid or maybe a mini pill form instead.

I love the concept of these patches. My children are not keen on taking fish oil so I figured this would be a better way for them to get Omega 3s. The patches are small and have a cute picture of a fish. They are easy to peel off the plastic backing and stick on your skin. Unfortunately, I could not get these patches to stay on my children’s skin. I don’t know if my children sweat too much or what but they would stay on their skin for an hour to a few hours at most. I figure in that time my children got some Omega 3s but since the recommended amount of time to wear the patches is 8 hours, I am not sure how effective these patches were. In the short time my children wore the patches, their skin did not get any irritation.

These patches have really good adhesion but they’re still easy to remove after 8 hours. I usually have allergic reactions to adhesives but this hasn’t bothered my skin. The fun little fish should make them enjoyable for kids. I’m an adult who could benefit from enhanced focus. I didn’t notice any discernible difference after two patches. I suspect this might be a type of product where continued use improves the efficacy. Also using it on a child might prove more beneficial.
