The build quality of both the capsules and packaging is very good. The labels are clear and easy to read. The contact info listed leads to a functioning website.The capsules are well protected. There’s a neck seal at the cap. Next there is a pull off paper/foil seal. Then you’ll find cotton inside to keep the capsules from banging around.No strong odors or odd taste. The capsules are sealed well (no loose powder on the outside of the capsules), which is good. I found them easy to swallow. I included a picture of a capsule next to a penny to give you an idea of the size.I’ve experienced a nice sense of calmness during bedtime. Can’t ask for much more.I recommend these without hesitation.As with all supplements, check with your physician before starting anything new.
