I’ve been taking tongkat ali for years. 1000 mgs. makes my neck stiff and I clench my jaw and I gradually grow weak. I started taking 500 mgs. Instead which was better but not good. I’ve tried other lower dose brands but felt little or they had fillers which made me feel bad. Seems Like the Real Deal. Gives a Little Boost.
Over the past year, I have intermittently taken Tongkat Ali supplements. I believe they contribute to enhanced strength training performance. While the impact is not substantial, I perceive a slight improvement in my lifting capacity. I am open to the possibility that it may be a placebo effect, but if that is the case, I am indifferent. The supplement continues to effectively motivate me to lift heavier weights. Typically, I take Tongkat Ali for a month or so, followed by a week or two of abstinence. The claims regarding strength, extract, and concentration are ambiguous at best and potentially misleading. Tongkat Ali has a highly potent bitter taste. Upon opening a capsule and tasting the powder, I experience a significant puckering sensation in my mouth. I am reasonably confident that this is the genuine product. I have tried several other brands, including Akara.. and Momen…, and observed noticeable results comparable to those achieved with this brand.

Herbal supplements are always a “your mileage may vary” experience. In this case, I was either going to be in really bad shape the past 60 days or it just didn’t do much of anything for me.Now, if you’ve used this particular herb before and want a different brand, this one seems to be quality.But for me, nothing doing here. The good side was there were no side effects or negative events related to taking it.

Good product
I have used Tongkat Ali for over a year now, off and on because it needs to be cycled. I do notice a difference on the days I take it. So, I can say that I do notice the same positive effects from taking this supplement so it does seem to be a good one. It gives energy for the gym and should also help increase a bit extra lean muscle mass.

Tongkat Ali is an herb that is often taken by men, but if you research, this has potential benefits for women as well. I was pleased to find this version from Paradise Herbs because I have used their products before and found them to be of high quality. I was also pleased to see that these capsules are small and contain nothing other than the herb tongkat ali. I don’t notice any smell or taste from these, and I’ve not experienced side effects either. I haven’t used them for very long, but I do think they are affecting my mood and energy levels in a subtle, positive way. Time will tell! They seem to be priced fairly for a quality supplement.

Increased libido and decreased stress
I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m particularly impressed by two things. Firstly, it’s a pure supplement, containing only tongkat ali. Secondly, the capsules are incredibly small and easy to swallow. I’ve been splitting the dose, taking one pill with breakfast and the other with lunch. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. While I haven’t noticed a significant increase in strength from adding this supplement, I have noticed a mild boost in libido and a moderate reduction in stress levels. Overall for me, this is a good addition to my supplementation plan.
