We have been seeing so much lately about parasite cleansing! This brings back memories of my and my spouse’s childhoods living overseas. These gummies are the first bicolor ones I’ve tried that actually have a liquid center. If you cut them in half, the darker center doesn’t drip out as it’s viscous like jam. But if you squeeze one half, as I did for the photo, the center part will squeeze out. It’s delicious, with no bitterness and no noticeable aftertaste, made up of two distinct flavors for the inner and outer layers.This product claims a dizzying array of supplement ingredients, from multiple strains of probiotic “good bacteria” to multivitamin and mineral to herbal, with 12 different herbal extracts listed, plus fiber, and the natural plant-based sweeteners stevia and lo han guo in lieu of sugar.It’s an impressive list, but I was unable to find any documentation in the listing or on the manufacturer’s website to back the claim that it is third-party lab tested. And there are no ingredients that explain the vibrant pink color of the liquid centers. Until such documentation is available, I see these more as pricey candies that are probably better for you than actual candies, than as a reliable source of any nutrient.

I just started using these so I don’t have any idea how well they work, but this is my go-to brand for supplement gummies, so I expect good things.They are flavored with strawberry and they are not hard to chew at all. It has a bit of everything in it, all the main vitamins, plus probiotics and assorted seeds.Kids take one per day, adults take two.They are vegan and have no gelatin, shellfish, wheat, peanuts or dairy if that is a concern. I’ll definitely order these again!
