It works!
I will be continuing to use this. It doesn’t help you to fall asleep but once you do it helps you to sleep several hours.I found out about it on You Tube, Leonid Kim MD. Humble guy who gets to the point on all his mini lectures with explanations. You’ll see a whole bunch of doctors suggesting this on YouTube.

I pay attention to product ingredients and find theirs acceptable. I also find these capsules easy to swallow. I do seem to be sleeping better these days so taking these may be helping.

Easy-to-take glycine capsules with a high 1000mg dose per serving. I like that they are vegetarian and made without unnecessary additives. A simple supplement that fits well into a nighttime routine and supports a sense of relaxation and rest.

If You Take NAC supplement, Glycine is complimentary..
NAC is a supplement I will never stop taking, in some form. Right now I take the more bioavailable form, NACET.Baylor University did a study that found that NAC works better with Glycine taken at the same time. The two supplements, when taken together showed positive effects on age-related decline. And who doesn’t need that?If you’re interested, the study can be found with Google. I found another article, an easier read, that told how much Glycine was taken during the study (2,000mg), so that’s what I take. 2 of these Puregen capsules, and 2 NACET (or NAC) every morning. I’m considering going back to NAC because it’s cheaper in the larger quantities available. I listed the best deal I found, below.NAC itself helps with respiratory conditions. I don’t smoke but it’s like an expectorant for phlem for me. And it’s beneficial for skin. And more. You know how they say if you’re over 50 you may be grumpy? Good quality
The quality is good, I just had surgery on my back and I wanted something that would help my body with the recovery process. Will continue to use, I’m not sure if the effects it’s having on my body yet, but will update as I know.
