These seem to be as good as any other brand I’ve used. Easy to swallow and the right dosage for me.

No third party testing for purity or toxins
I love the combination that this contains. Not only does it have magnesium citrate which has helped my regularity, but it has magnesium glycinate and malate which help reduce my migraines and headaches. It also has gaba and vitamin D which help me sleep better.Its manufactured in New Zealand in what seems to be a decent facility, but there is no third party testing to ensure that this contains exactly what it claims and nothing intentional.I would definitely buy this again if it had third party testing. There are less expensive magnesium complexes available that do have that third party testing, though, so without the testing, I’ll probably go back to one of those. It would have been nice to have the gaba and vitamin D, but they are both low dose in this anyway. It also takes three capsules of this to get the amount of magnesium that I usually get in two capsules which is another down side.The bottle I received in November 2024 expires June of 2026.

I found I had to cut back from the 3 caps they say to take due to it making me have the runs but it does work very well. Hard to say much more about something other then to say it does work.

I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and feel amazing
I’ve tried lots of magnesium in the past but never a combo of different varieties. The biggest reason I take it is for sleep and digestion. This simple supplement have made both go pretty smooth lately. I’m surprised actually how good my body feels since taking this.At a crazy low price for how well it works for me, this feels like the one I will keep buying from now on. Very happy with this.

Too many different ingredients – no clear target effect (3 pill dose/day)
Not a fan of multi-ingredient supplements, especially if they are all over – and don’t indicate a clear targeted effect ie sleep aid, nerv-calming, blood pressure etc. -> I do believe there is not a one-helps-all-ailment remedy or product, anywhere.I missed to notice this supplement includes GABA, an ingredient that works on the brain – and not in a low does either. – It is well studied and one probably should read up on it before taking it at 100mg, it can interact with other meds.Similarity the 3 different types of magnesium have different effects, from laxative to sleep aid, to magnesium supply, why combine these and not aim for just one effect?. – Here too is lots of good documentation out there, check it out.I could not find lot of information on the company; only that it claims to manufacture in the USA; no clear information about the sourcing of the ingredients; no independent lab certifications to monitor ingredients and by-products. – The bottle does come with lot number and expiration date.**. OVERALL. **Multi-ingredient product with no clear target effect/indication. – Includes GABA, a brain supplement. – Cannot verify claims of manufacture, ingredients, or lab testing.Daily dose is three (3) capsules, that’s a lot and makes the price of this product very high.🌟Verdict🌟 => 3 STARS: too many ingredients, too many target indications, no verification⭐️ -> (*My RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if I’d buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldn’t be sold or is dangerous).
