It does have 35 calories, 7 grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar in each packet. It needed a little stirring to get the powder to dissolve. There was still a little powder left after drinking. The taste is tart, between a strawberry flavor and a tart cherry flavor. It was ok but not my favorite taste in a drink. The packets are convenient to use, and can travel well in a pocket or purse. Just add the packets powder to water. 30 packets gives you 30 days of easy convenient individual powder packets. Just mix with water and enjoy.

Way too sweetWay too sweet
When I ordered this I was unaware that erythritol was being investigated for possible health risks. I looked it up because I felt a bit off after drinking a couple sips of this supplement. I can’t really tolerate any artificial sweeteners, but I had thought this one was naturally occurring like Stevia. It’s probably fine for most people, but I’m going to avoid it moving forward. Aside from not being convinced it is healthy to consume it, I feel like this supplement is way sweeter than any adult needs their vitamins to be. It basically tastes like strawberry kool-aid. If that’s what you like, this one’s for you! Personally, I would prefer my supplement to be unsweetened and I’d just add it to a cup of tea or something.The box I received had a tear at the top like someone had previously opened it, but the individual packets were just fine.I really like the convenience of individually wrapped and labeled servings like this because they’re so good for travel. The packet I tried, though, didn’t actually tear open, though, and I needed scissors to access the product which is a hassle. I didn’t open more of them so it’s possible that one was a fluke, but I feel like they need to lower the tear strip area slightly.The instructions say to stir this into room temperature water and that definitely helps dissolve most of the powder. Then you can add an ice cube if you want it colder when you drink it. I still had some powder at the bottom of my glass, but that’s typical if you don’t blend it with a frother (which I always make a mess doing, so I just stir with a fork which works better than a spoon.)I’m not going to use this product myself because of the high sweetener content but it is probably safe for general consumption if you want to try it.
