There are some really good ingredients in this digestive enzyme powder, but there are also a couple of choices that I find questionable. In particular, the added sucralose and erythritol seem surprising in a product specifically intended for digestive comfort, since both can potentially cause digestive issues for some people. That feels counterproductive for this type of supplement.The powder format is easy to use, and the individual packets are especially convenient for keeping in a bag or taking along when traveling or eating away from home. The pricing also seems about average for a supplement packaged in individual servings.I like the convenience and some of the ingredients, but the formulation as a whole isn’t a fit for me. Works to Well?Works to Well?
This seems to be a good supplement however I think at least for me it works to well. The first 2 days I did not really notice much. On days 3-6 I noticed better bowel movements and less gas but on the 7th day, holly heck my gut felt awful and I spent half the day with water b*tt. After that I decided to take a break and things went back to normal the following day and there after so far.The supplement itself is easy to take but I am a bit confused on how to best take it. The packaging itself just says to “tear open and consume directly with meals”. I was left wondering if I just dump it in my mouth, pour it on my food, or mix it in a liquid. I did try just putting it in my mouth directly the first time however that just felt wrong as it was hard to swallow being so dry. I opted to start mixing it in a little water after that. In water, most of it dissolves but even after 10 minutes it would still leave sediment in the bottom of my water bottle. Not a big deal as a little shake would get it suspended in the water long enough to drink it without leaving any behind. To me the taste was palatable and reminded me of how Maca root powder taste.I am currently taking a break from this to rule out if it caused my one day of bowel issues or not. I plan on restarting it next week and will update day this review if things go better the next time around. For now, I think for most people it is probably worth a try as it seems reputable with its 3rd party testing.
