Vitamins are Easy to swallow not a very big after flavor, did not make my stomach hurt. Not cheap but Very cost-efficient, and a great vitamin to add to your dietary supplements. Will probably need a 60 to 90 day supply to notice a difference.After taking the vitamin for 15 days I did see some difference in my body, better skin and hairline that was noticeable by me and others around who are around me on a daily basis. I would highly recommend taking these but for more than 30 days

These are 250 capsules of Oxify Betaine + Pepsin that I found are well-priced. It helps with the upset stomach and digestion, and sometimes can be used almost daily specially if you are on a high meat diet. Therefore, I was looking for something that I could use daily and found it. They are easy-to-swallow capsules, and the suggested ingredients are exactly what I needed in the capsule. Betaine HCl provides a source of hydrochloric acid to lower stomach pH, which then activates pepsin, the primary enzyme responsible for breaking down proteins into smaller, absorbable peptides.Missing is the place of manufacture on the label, and we recommend vendor add it. Expiry date is good, so good shelf life- which is great, I expect it to last for a long and we are happy with the product.

I got this supplement because I recently started personal training and am trying to maximize my results with a high protein diet and careful supplementation. I take HMB and creatine before workouts, and eat high protein (100 g+/day as a 43 yo female). When I researched this supplement it seemed like it might help my body process protein more efficiently, so I decided to give them a try.To be honest, I have no idea if they are working or not. After just one month, it’s hard to say. I lost two pounds of fat and gained one pound of muscle with 2 trained workouts per week, which I was pretty pleased with. But I changed so much about my routine that it’s hard to isolate what is doing what. I will say that there have been no unpleasant side effects, no digestive issues, and they are very easy to take–but then I’ve never had issues with swallowing pills.Overall, I will keep taking them until the bottle is gone and then I might see if I notice a negative change before deciding if I will continue.

Taking before meals to Aid in digestion as the instructions suggest by increasing stomach acid and aiding protein breakdown.My symptoms are bloating, indigestion, and heartburn. So far so good at least it assists and doesn’t allow the symptoms to be so bad.I’m taking now before every meal. It states that it is also used to improve nutrient absorption which is one of the reasons if you have digestive problems you are not getting proper nutrition.No side effects but again as long as you take before meals I wouldn’t take it on an empty stomach.
