I like methyl folate for it’s ability to support healthy homocysteine levels, which is good for the heart.If also helps with brain health by helping support neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrin.These are small and easy to swallow. I find them a good value.The one thing I recommend is you pay attention to is the dosage on these. It’s 15mg.

Methyl version is better
My doc wants me to supplement since my folate levels were low last blood work. I have Tried gummies , which are great for bioavailability, but so is the methyl version and I need Something to be able to travel with easily .I’ve tried many supplements from this brand before so wasn’t hesitant. They are usually good quality and good value .The pills are small , smooth and easy to swallow . I have some troubles swallowing at times , so that was important to me. They have no smell or taste . So these are really easy to take and fit better in my supplement case than gummies .I find These are effective . Though I did Not repeat the blood work again yet. I really appreciate that they are the methyl version and are a good value. .

There’s little not to like about this methyl folate. It’s made in the USA and has all the certifications you’d hope for (GMP, 3rd party lab tested, non-GMO, etc.). The bottle was sealed well and the expiration date is still over 2 years away. The pills are relatively small and easy to swallow. They don’t have a bad smell or taste, and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects from taking them. I’ve been taking methyl folate at the recommendation of my doctor, and these pills seem to match the others I had been taking.I like that it’s a single ingredient supplement, because I feel like that gives me more control over exactly what I’m consuming.Last but not least, the current price of $15 for a 2 month supply is very reasonable, especially at this dosage.

I’ve had numerous products from Oxify, and even though their transparency is a bit lacking (which I HOPE they rectify), I’ve not had any issues w/any of their products. I’ve been wanting to try Methyl Folate ever since hearing about it a couple years ago. If you don’t know, Methyl Folate is primarily known for supporting brain health.As with anything, check w/a doctor before taking any supplement.As for these, good value for the money, especially if you only have to take 1 cap a day. Easy to swallow and the ingredients, if what they say they are, are solid. I’d love a bit more info about the company and their process, though. The cost – with how low it is, makes me wonder if it actually is all it’s said to be.

While I appreciate the extra absorbency of methyl folate, the high dosage in thee tablet does concern me some. The dosage is 25 times the tolerable upper limit of vitamin B9. It is possible to take too much folate, even though B vitamins are water soluble. Too much B9 is riskier than some other B vitamins, which is why I won’t be taking any more of these.I was also bothered by the lack of a manufacturing address on the label. Instead, there is only a distribution address. The product page says these are made in the USA, but the lack of a manufacturing address makes me wonder if that’s true.
