The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no taste or smell. I did not experience any ill effects or digestive issues. Hits different than TMG
TMG and DMG are very similar. and one would thing that TMG would be better, as DMG is made as TMG gets used. However, DMG can cross the blood brain barrier, and TMG cannot. Once TMG is in a cell, I doubt it is releasing the DMG that is made. So, this seems to target the brain more. My experience is that my mornings are easier to get started. Not perfect, but better. My circadian rhythm has always skewed late. I do find that I am slightly more jittery on this than I was on TMG, but I took half the dose of that. The dose of DMG is only one veg cap, so I can’t cut this in half. Like TMG, I notice when I take it, and notice when I don’t. Neither of these supplements are subtle.

Good value; not sure of efficacy
DMG is a new supplement for me. The product description says it’s supposed to help with alertness, energy, and immune system levels. I’ve been taking one capsule per day in the morning, and I can say may be working somewhat on the alertness front. It seems like I may have a little less after-lunch sleepiness since starting with these, at any rate. I haven’t had any adverse effects at all, which is good. If I decide these are indeed helping, it’s also nice to see that the price is quite reasonable for a supplement — especially one that’s manufactured in a GMP-certified facility with non-GMO ingredients.

The label tells me it was made in the USA, so I searched for more information about the brand and company and came up with a big blank.
