Gentle on the stomach
Didn’t upset my stomach like some other calcium supplements I have tried!

OsteoCore
This supports my bone and joint health and is part of my daily routine. I don’t have to take as many pills in a day because it contains all the ingredients my doctor recommended

Supplement that has so much more than just calcium!
Bought these for my wife. She said they have everything she needs in one pill which is a bonus since she has to take a lot of other medications. Easy to swallow, too!
Kathleen Hennegan –
Alright
I feel this sort of works

Great Product
After a really bad ankle break which left me immobile for weeks, my doctor recommended OsteoCore to boost my bone density. It has been easy to take and no side effects. Easy to swallow, no issues digesting. Great product!

More than just calcium, 4 pills/day
OsteoCore Calcium Supplements for Women, 1 Month Supply (120 Tablets)A complete bone supplement, with calcium, magnesium, K2, and some other stuff. Dosage is 4 (rather large) pills per day (2 AM, 2 PM). No stomach issues or aftertaste.I went to their website which indicates that these are manufactured in the USA, at an FDA registered GMP facility. They indicate 3rd party testing. However, the container itself has no indication of country of origin, no indication of facility certification, or 3rd party testing – that’s odd.

Awesome!
I can’t really explain why because I don’t think calcium supplements have anything to do with energy but since I have started taking this I noticed and so did my boyfriend that I have a lot more energy throughout the day. Unexpected bonus! I read some of the reviews and some people have a problem with the 4 tablets a day that is recommended. When I thought about it, we are supposed to get 5 servings of veggies or fruit a day but we don’t eat that all at once so it makes sense to do divided doses just like the way we eat.

A comprehensive bone formula… delivered in monstrous tabletsA comprehensive bone formula… delivered in monstrous tablets
OsteoCore Comprehensive Bone FormulaPROS:1) Extensive ingredient list. This formula includes Vitamin D3 (25 mcg), Calcium as DimaCal Dicalcium Malate (1120 mg), Phosphorus (90 mg), Magnesium Oxide (500 mg), Zinc Glycinate (5 mg), Manganese Glycinate (2 mg), Boron (3 mg from FruiteX‑B), Silica (5 mg from bamboo extract), and Vitamin K2 (200 mcg as VitaMK7). In short, it contains everything one might reasonably expect in a bone‑support supplement — and a few things one wouldn’t.2) Double‑sealed top. Outer seal and inner foil seal, plus cotton. The bottle is sealed so thoroughly one suspects it was prepared for a sea voyage.3) Clear expiration date. EXP 3/2028 gives a comfortable shelf life.4) Manufactured in tablet form. For those who prefer tablets over capsules, these certainly qualify… in size, presence, and gravitational influence.CONS:1) Tablets are enormous. Truly monumental. These are not tablets so much as geological formations. One feels they should come with a chisel and a small map.2) Serving size: four tablets per day. Taken in divided doses with meals. This is less a supplement routine and more a part‑time job.3) No manufacture date. Only the expiration date is provided, leaving you to wonder when these tablets first emerged from the quarry.4) No child‑safety cap. Surprisingly easy to open for a bottle containing tablets that look suspiciously like candy to anyone under the age of ten.5) 120 tablets = only a 30‑day supply. Given the serving size, the bottle empties faster than one might expect.CONCLUSION:OsteoCore offers a very comprehensive ingredient profile and excellent sealing, but the tablets are exceptionally large and the serving size of four per day makes this a commitment. The lack of a child‑safety cap and no manufacture date are minor drawbacks. If you don’t mind tablets that could double as paperweights and want a broad bone‑support formula, this may suit you. Otherwise, be prepared for a supplement that feels more like a daily event than a daily dose.
