Has fermentation based pre, pro, and post biotics
I take probiotics regularly and have been wanting to try a product that has the entire spectrum of pre, pro, and post biotics because the entire lower digestive system needs a healthy flora. The capsules come in a blister pack which not only ensures the quality of each capsule but also makes these very easy to travel with. The ingestion is unremarkable because the caps behave like caps should – they are free of any flavor, after taste, or smell and are easy to swallow. My digestive system has been handling them pretty well. I haven’t noticed any major changes in my gut health but it’s too soon to tell how effective these might be with long-term use. If all goes as I hope, my gut should experience less bloating and gas in a few weeks. Overall, it’s too early for me to speak to their long-term effectiveness but so far so good.

I’m skeptic
So I started these and began intermittent fasting at the same time. By the time I was done with this bottle I had lost over 10 pounds. This might just be a coincidence, I don’t even think these are diet pills and like I said I am intermittent fasting so these pills might not have anything to do with that. But I felt good while taking them. And my gut health became VERY regular if you catch my drift. The pills were soft and small, I took the minimal recommended dose of two per day. I didn’t notice any odor or flavor to the pills and the tiny soft size made them easy to swallow.

Great quality, but price is unsustainable
Really have been loving these probiotics, a lot of thought and research went behind the making them. I have been taking probiotics for years and this is by far the best quality ones I have tried. Really helps with bloating, and my overall gut health. This is definitely a brand I would purchase over and again if the price were more affordable. They recommend taking 4 of these capsules a day. Given the price of these that is just not sustainable. As a result I have only been taking one a day to make them stretch further. Not only that remembering to take four of these a day with my busy schedule is not going to happen. The packaging is great. No aftertaste and go down smoothly with no side effects. If they could find a way to make them more affordable and get all the benefits you need with just one capsule a day I would definitely purchase again.

Really impressed reading about the companie’s 2 decades plus experience in the health space and the YEARS they take to ensure each capsule is filled with potent prebiotic/probiotics. lt’s early days so I can’t speak to efficacy but I can share some thoughts about this probiotic/prebiotic/gut health supplement.1) Capsule is filled with a dark amber ingredient; makes me think whatever is in there is going to be very concentrated2) Easy to swallow: It’s a capsule and very easy to swallow3) Taste: No aftertaste and my breath smells fine4) Scent: None5) Has not caused any stomach upsetLooking forward to some great results.P.s. I know many of us are suspicious of ordering vitamins from the “internet” but the fact that this company individually packages their supplements in foil makes me trust them. I’ve never seen a supplement company do this before – even at a higher price point.

With all the processed foods we consume these days pretty much everyone needs some probiotics! These seem at work as well as my normal ones, they are very pricey, not sure if I will notice more changes after using the whole package or not. They are sealed and in bubble packs which is nice, they are small and easy to swallow and no after taste, now the pricei is way out of my range for these, following the directions and taking 2 to 4 of these a day your looking at $3 to $6 a day.
