Another Quality Product
I have used several of Micro Ingredients products. And all have exceeded expectations. My family uses a lot of various supplements and such in our health journey. Quality is very important, as well as price. Micro Ingredients has always had quality at a reasonable price. Over time, we have switched most of our products to those by Micro Ingredients when they are available.These mustard seeds are no exception. I love them for cooking, making homemade tooth powder, and now that I have learned, my own mustard at home. They smell fresh and wonderful. I will definitely keep ordering these as they are quality and the amount for the price is wonderful.

Fresh and flavorful
I had forgotten how flavorful fresh mustard seed could be in soups, canning, and other dishes. I even made homemade mustard, which takes some getting used to. It tastes similar to Grey Poupon, only stronger. We used it on sandwiches until it was all gone, but I don’t think I’ll make more. In split pea soup, it’s a must. Home-cooked garbanzo beans can’t live without it. Be generous. So much better than canned. Be warned: 4 pounds of mustard seed is a LOT! I got to share it with lots of people. I couldn’t find it in stores, except a tiny package with about a tablespoon of seeds for way too much money. I just laughed, and told the poor clerk that I used more than that in one pot of soup! It’s nutritious, too. I stored the rest in the freezer until needed.

Worth Buying First!
Fast delivery. Fresh smelling and looking seed. It is packaged well, very well for re-sealing. It also opens well to make a perfect re-seal. Tastes good and I look forward to using this in my cooking and for it’s health benefits. This package will last quite awhile and if it is still available I will buy it again.
