It’s best to take it with water or milk and chug it because the taste does take getting used to, and you’ll notice more benefits if you take it in the morning. After a few weeks, I’ve noticed my skin tone has brightened and cleared up from workout acne I’ve been having. You can add the powder to water, juice, yogurt, and even create a face mask with a bit of water that doesn’t clump up like other brands. Each daily portion consists of one scoop equal to 5g and altogether there are 30 servings.It’s a traditional Ayurvedic blend, and I love the fact that the ingredients are from botanicals. Nice to see that there are no artificial additives, colours, fillers, preservatives or flavours. The certification is reassuring.The powder dissolves easily and cleanly with no gritty bits. Dissolved in water it has a fresh earthy taste with a slight bitterness. I found it was much easier to consume when mixed with juice or into a smoothie and I didn’t experience any ill effects from taking it.I already use three of these ingredients separately so it’s much easier for me to have them all in one dose. Overall, I think that this is a great mix.
