Pure Amla Goodness! Immunity, Antioxidant, Digestion, Skin, Energy, Inflammation, Detox, Circulation
Amla, or Indian Gooseberry, is one of those powerhouse ingredients that has been used for centuries for its impressive health benefits. Rich in vitamin C, polyphenols, and antioxidants, it’s known to support immune function, skin health, digestion, and even cardiovascular wellness. The high antioxidant content helps combat oxidative stress, which plays a role in aging and inflammation. Plus, it’s considered an adaptogen, meaning it may help the body manage stress more effectively. These organic amla tablets offer a simple way to get the benefits of amla without dealing with the tartness of the fresh fruit. Sourced from high-quality Indian gooseberries, they’re USDA-certified organic, vegan, and free from artificial ingredients. The GMP-certified manufacturing adds an extra level of confidence in quality and purity. After taking these for two weeks, there wasn’t any immediate, dramatic change, but that’s expected with a supplement like this. The effects of amla tend to build over time, and it’s often helping in ways that aren’t always obvious. That said, it’s a great addition for overall well-being, especially for immune and skin health. Since it’s a natural source of vitamin C and antioxidants, it feels like a solid daily support without relying on synthetic vitamins.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Recommended by my oncologist for hair health
My Mayo Clinic oncologist and their team recommend these for post-cancer patients to below with hair growth as they have informally seen good results. If they do not interfere with any medications they recommend these for countering hair loss. Two months taking them and I have yet to see results in new growth but I notice slightly less loss. Easy to take. No negative side effects.
