Works great for what I need
I use it to replace the iodine my system needs that I lacked due to not using much iodized salt or other things with iodine in the. Also I kept forgetting to take the medication for hypothyroidism when I was supposed to. Quit the meds and took this instead. Works great for that as my thyroid levels became normal. Staying on this now.
