    I have taken Dong Quai daily for hormone balancing, better “woman times”, mood stabilizing, for years. I decided to try this one because it was organic and the brand I was using for years was not. I didn’t notice as much improvement in my symptoms with this brand. My symptoms were still obvious. I went back to my other brand.
