I have taken the entire bottle of this supplement. I have noticed a good results with this formulation. I noticed that I feel like I have gotten a good night’s rest, which I have. My morning energy lasts past lunch, but not like an energy drink boost. I will definitely continue for another 30 days.

I got this as a NAD+ support supplement and love the ingredients. It has nicotinamide riboside to help with NAD+ and then includes Rhodiola Rosea and Ashwagandha which are adaptogens to help with stress, mental clarity and physical stamina. The pills arrived quickly and were well packaged. They are easy to swallow and do not have a bad taste, aftertaste or smell. I will continue to take the whole bottle of this and will then most likely re-purchase as it seems to help a lot.

Got this to add to my gym vitamin rotation and because the reviews were pretty good. Hard to say if this kind of stuff actually works, but can’t hurt since starting to get up there in age. I thought this supplement had an interesting combination of ingredients and wanted to see if it would boost my energy more subtly than caffeine. Over a few days of usage I’ve not experienced any noticeable increase in energy, but some quick online research seems to confirm that the first three listed ingredients are in quantities that some may find therapeutic. Note that there are no official FDA recommended dosages for any of these ingredients.Per the label this supplement is produced in India in a GMP facility, and is gluten free, GMO free, vegan, and halal. Per serving (2 capsules) it contains:Nicotinamide Riboside (NR), 400mg. It converts to NAD+ in the body and is then used in many processes. It is — per the product description — often taken with the intent of boosting cellular and cognitive health and increasing energy. I found dosage recommendations varying from 100mg-2000mg.Rhodiola Rosea, 250mg, used to reduce fatigue and stress management. I found dosage recommendations from 50mg-600mg.Ashwaganda, 200 mg, used for stress management and sleep. I found dosage recommendations from 120mg-6000mg. Dosages on the higher end seem to be reserved for sleep supplements.Green Tea Extract, 150mg, used for promoting metabolic health. Effectiveness apparently depends on how much of the antioxidant ECGC it contains, which is not listed for this supplement, nor is potential caffeine content. I found dosage recommendations of 250mg-1000mg.Black Pepper 10mg. It contains Piperine, which has numerous reported benefits. It’s commonly paired with green tea extract to enhance its effects. This dose amounts to a small pinch of pepper. I found Piperine dosage recommendations of 5-20mg; black pepper reportedly contains 2-9% Piperine by weight.I would cautiously recommend trying out this supplement. It seems to have been thoughtfully put together, though the green tea and black pepper content are quite a bit lower than I’ve seen in other supplements. I will continue to take it in hope there will be positive long term effects, but meanwhile will be looking for a more immediate solution to manage fatigue.
