The product listing for this item is incorrect; it contains ashwagandha, rhodiola, l-theanine, ginkgo, chamomile and black pepper. The ingredients listed in the title are for another product altogether.Additionally, I assumed this would include d-chiro inositol, as it states quite clearly on the label “40:1 IDEAL RATIO”. This refers to what studies have determined is the most effective proportion of myo-inositol to d-chiro inositol. However, it contains none whatsoever according to the supplement facts. 1000mg is also an inadequate amount of myo-inositol. Should have read more closely before ordering.

It also doesn’t come with fillers.At 1,000mg, the dosage of myo-inositol recommended here is on the lower side – most clinical recommendations start at 2,000mg. This means that you’re really not getting a 1-month supply here but just 15 days, effectively cutting the value for money in half.The inclusion of ashwagandha and other adaptogens signals that this supplement is intended to help with stress, mood, and relaxation, but most are included at dosages that will actually have an effect. This is called fairy-dusting to make the supplement look better on paper.For example, ashwagandha recommendations usually start at 300mg, and we only get half that here. The only exception is l-theanine.No negative experiences with taste or on the stomach; the effectiveness was as expected.This doesn’t seem to be a bad product, but you might need to double the dosage to get real effects.
