I’ve tried several different Inositol capsules for hormonal control, and this works really well, at least as good as others, or even better. I’ve used them for over 5 weeks now, and the results are there. I can’t go into detail what the results are, because this is a public place, but believe me when I say the results are there!

Has lots of diverse ingredients; is this a good thing, I’m not sure
To be honest, I ordered this formula because it contained berberine which I was advised would be beneficial for me; I cannot say it it would benefit others. But after reviewing all the other ingredients combined with it, I have to rate this less than 5 star, not because of the product itself which may be just fine, but because I question the wisdom of combining so many ingredients with widely differing effects in one capsule. At times I applaud combining ingredients that work together, but I’m not certain that this can be said for this combination.It is difficult to say exactly what this formulation is designed for, except to say that it appears to take a “shotgun” approach to addressing many health related symptoms and disorders, especially those related to female conditions, but not exclusively to female conditions. The varied ingredients have alleged benefits for mood, mental health, hormonal matters, sexual function, and too many others to mention here. All of these effects (benefits) have been studied to various degrees and are discussed in medical and biological journals, sometimes in great detain (I suggest sciencedirect for in depth study, or webmd for less scientific discussions).I am not sure what the efficacy of combining all these ingredients together would be, or even their safety. I strongly suggest that you do your own research on the individual components of this formulation and consult your doctor before use, especially if you have any preexisting conditions, or are pregnant or considering becoming so. If you have any adverse symptoms, of course stop use immediately and seek professional help if you have severe adverse effects. As with any new treatment (I will not call this medication although there are many alleged medical benefits mentioned in studies), start slowly and stop if you have any adverse reaction.For women’s health especially, there may be benefits from this combination; but DO your research before using. Some of the ingredients have been shown to allegedly have negative effects on mood in some persons, and positive in others; so observe your own state carefully when starting to use these ingredients.Note that I am NOT a medical professional and I am writing this review based only on publicly available information. I have not personally used the product for an extended period and cannot say from personal experience what the long term effects might be. Over the short term, I have not noticed any negatives, but also have not noticed any significant positives.

“Organic” claim is suspect
I am noticing a trend of companies with “organic” on the bottle, but the ingredients don’t say they are organic, or anything else relevant to that. So to me, that assertion is suspect. And loses stars for it. There are a host of additional ingredients and nothing says that they are organic. This is a major issue for me.Serving size is 3 pills. Doesn’t say when to take them, so I take them before bed. In my reading on inositol, it days you can take them in the morning or night..No noticeable odor, taste or aftertaste from the capsules.I cannot speak to the effectiveness as inositol supplementation is not a “quick fix” and requires usually 3-6 months to see a beneficial effect. It is water soluble, so it should absorb into your tissues between 1 and 2 days.I wanted to supplement with inositol because I have been reading a lot about it, and how it affects processes that make neurotransmitters – and serotonin is affected by inositol. I have ADHD so my neurotransmitters are wonky. It can also reportedly help control blood sugar levels relating to insulin sensitivity. I do not have PCOS but I have read a lot of studies pertaining to inositol benefits for PCOS….and this is not medical advice. Just my own health journey and reading.
