Assumed this would include d-chiro inositol, as it states quite clearly on the label “40:1 IDEAL RATIO”. This refers to what studies have determined is the most effective proportion of myo-inositol to d-chiro inositol. However, it contains none whatsoever according to the supplement facts. 1000mg is also an inadequate amount of myo-inositol. Should have read more closely before ordering.

Great complement to DHEA for menopause
This is helping to balance the DHEA I take for menopause. I don’t know about sleep support since I am on progesterone and estrogen – both of which make me sleepy. However, DHEA converts to testosterone in the body, and I was getting some unwanted hair growth. After a couple weeks of this (recommended by my doc), it has balanced out the DHEA and the extra growth has stopped. For that alone I will keep purchasing this. Great value – plenty in the bottle. Easy to swallow, no funky smell or taste. Back to the sleep issue – I do take this in the morning, and it doesn’t make me noticeably sleepy, so I don’t think this provides much in the way of improving sleep quality.

Good list of ingredients with ONE huge con for me. I had a reaction from the Garcinia Cambogia
I want to like this. So very badly. But the garcinia in this makes me feel high. I’m overly sensitive (a good and bad thing sometimes) to a lot of things and feel them more intensely than the average person. I was hoping with all these other great things in this supplement and since the last time I had Garcinia Cambogia was 20 years ago (and it didn’t agree with me) that it would be fine since this isn’t a “weight loss” supplement. Garcinia Cambogia is something that used to be in weight loss supplements and maybe energy supplements. But unfortunately, I can’t tell how the other ingredients work for me with this ingredient in here. I don’t want to give 1 star because that seems not fair because not everyone will be affected like me, so I’ll take the middle ground and give 3 stars. But personally, I can’t take this supplement. It doesn’t mean you might not be able to. Know your own body and decide for yourself if these ingredients will help you. That’s what I have to say.

I’ve become pretty insistent on good quality because most over the quality supplements have little or no regulatory oversight. These Organic Cadane 40:1 ratio Myo Inositol capsules have Green Tea, Garcinia Cambogia, Berberine, Turmeric, Ginger, and Black Pepper. They are cGMP, Vegan, non GMO, and best of all they meet the stringent requirements of Halal. Halal certification means the equipment is clean, there are no harmful ingredients, and the operations and supply chain all meet certain standards.The labels states these are made in India and are organic but I didn’t see the USDA Organic certification anywhere. The ingredients do not specify that they are organic. Sometimes organic simply means it contains natural ingredients. I like that the ratios for the ingredients are provided as that helps me compare the potency to other supplements I have.Waited two weeks before writing this review to ensure I didn’t have any stomach upset or irritation taking the three capsules daily (I take them in the morning). These give my mood a little boost and reduces PMS, with no ill effects. Wondering if the green tea extra is giving me a little caffeine? Myo Inositol seems to be gaining positive momentum in clinical trials and my guess is you already know that …. and that’s why you are interested in this supplement.I was buying a turmeric supplement separate from this and like the fact that I can save money not having to take it separately.Overall happy with this supplement.
