(I have an advanced degree in science and could talk about mushrooms all day.) Without a lab test, we have no way of verifying their presence or the exact ratios of their phytonutrients. So, why “geek out” over what might prove to be irrelevant? 🤷Positives:* I like that the formula highlights lion’s mane mushroom; it has some interesting studies associated with it.* My two favorite mushrooms are listed as the top ingredients: love that!* The only additional ingredient is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (a standard vegan capsule). A nutritionist recommended these to my mom and she loves them. She said they increase her energy, work good for the way she feels and thinks too. She said she didn’t get sick since she started using it so it probably help with the immune system? The only drawback is that it’s probably not the best value for money, considering other options.

This mushroom supplemnt product is 13-in-1 mixture of Lions Mane Mushroom, Cordyceps Sinensis, Reishi, Turkey Tail Mushroom, Maitake Mushroom, Chaga Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom, Agaricus Mushroom, Oyster Mushroom, Ginkgo Biloba, Bacopa, and Gotu kola, all reputed to support immune health. There are 90 capsules in the bottle–a 90-day supply at one cap per day. The quality appears to be quite good, and so is the value for the price.Having gone through the entire 90-day supply, I can quite honestly say that I don’t I feel especially different than before–which was relatively healthy to begin with at 70 years. With supplements like these one shouldn’t expect dramatic results, however–the benefits of these mushrooms are more likely to accumulate over the long term.

Could not verify the safety or source
I ordered this supplement because I’ve been taking various mushroom powders with good results and was curious to try more varieties that were included in the description of this product. I always research supplements manufacturers to make sure they’re a reputable and safety compliant source that tests for purity. I was having trouble determining the original source of this product but saw on their website that they do third party safety testing so contented myself to verify from test reports from the lot numbers of the product I received – but when I wrote to request this, I received a response that they don’t provide test certificates but to “rest assured the product is safe”. Not convinced, I wrote back asking for another way that I can verify the safety of the products and they stopped responding. I then looked up the fssai license number they printed on the bottle (fssai is the Indian safety authority for supplements) and found that the license they are listing is for a different company that does manufacture supplements, but these products are not among those registered.Given that I’m not able to verify the purity of these products or that they actually contain the ingredients stated on the list, I am choosing not to ingest them.I can say that the bottles arrived intact with a plastic seal around the cap. The capsules themselves are brownish/greenish powder (looks and smells like dried and crushed herb leaves) in a clear capsule. They look and smell identical to the holy basil capsules I received in a different product from this same company.It’s a shame that I was not able to verify the contents and safety of this from a third party reputable source, because the ingredient list looks epic.
