I don’t write a lot of reviews. This one is important (and looking back kind of long…sorry). With the world the way it is today and everyone looking for something to make them feel better, people should know what is real and what isn’t.I needed to change something. I had been on the same prescription medications for years and had started a new weight loss medication (not the popular one, my insurance doesn’t cover it). It wasn’t working, my moods were allnout of whack, my sleep was non existent. So I started doing some research.Turns out, this company has it all, and it’s made in the USA so it made me more interested.I started taking one of these everyday, with my morning meds, and fish oil. In conjunction, I started taking their Methyl B12 capsules at night as well.My mood improved after a couple weeks, I wasn’t sluggish at work. The weight started falling off me. It was like my body finally recognized my blood? If that makes any sense. I was generally thinking clearer and my doctor and I are cutting back on some of the depression medication I have been taking for over a decade.Is it solely due to this pill? No. But these capsules, I believe, were the kick start my body needed, at 41 years old, to get going.I’m not sure why people on here are taking it at night for sleep? It says to take it in the morning. I have purchased this for the second time and when I ran out I realized my quality of sleep was so bad before I ever started this. I sleep way better when I take these even if just a few times a week. I wake up earlier feeling fully rested and for the first time in a long time I would feel like I’m “tired of sleeping” like I would wake up wanting to get out of bed because I had so much energy. I know this won’t work the same for everyone. If it’s been a very long time since you last ate, I would recommend not taking the pills. There was one day where it had been six or more hours since my last day and I woke up feeling a strong urge to throw up so that review of that one person saying them and their spouse took it and they were throwing up is understandable because it can cause your stomach to be upset if you haven’t eaten well it also does contribute to some appetite control during the day but not anything crazy and although I didn’t really expect any mood changes or believe that a supplement can help promote better moods. It really actually did not to some crazy degree but definitely helps promote better moods, especially if you’ve slept better. I’m sure you would be a lot happier during the day as for the Lions mane I have brain fog from my hypothyroidism and I do think that maybe at least a little bit it helps with that though I’d like to explore lions mane a little further.

Am I the last to hear about 5-HTP?? It is a wonderful, highly effective sleep aid. I combine with with GABA or L-Theanine, take it 30 minutes before bedtime, and I finally sleep through the night! My Oura ring is now telling me I got deep, restful sleep.I am perimenopausal, and I’ve tried everything, including prescriptions, and melatonin, which were awful. Small sample size but seems to work for me
I’ve always had some trouble sleeping well and after a really bad bout of bronchitis made that tougher, I decided to try this supplement. I have to say after a week of taking them, they really seem to work. I’ve only been taking a half dose a night instead of a full dose and I feel that my mind is more clear, I’m able to fall asleep and if I do get up in the middle of the night, I’m able to fall back to sleep. The first few nights I was mistakingly taking the half dose at about 6 o’clock and by 8 o’clock, I could barely keep my eyes open. I then read that the supplement should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. It’s a very small sample size but it feels like it’s working like it should and I’m able to sleep a lot better than I have been. I don’t feel groggy in the morning as well. I will say I think it upset my stomach a little bit a couple nights but being able to sleep better was worth it.

I don’t really write reviews. This product, however, really has made a noticeable difference in my overall outlook and mood. I have medication resistant depression, I have been on almost every antidepressant out there and I have had little to no results. I’ve even tried ketamine therapy. I could hardly believe it when, after taking this supplement for just 3 nights (dose as directed), I slept through the night which I never did before, even using melatonin and a gang of other meds. And I have been waking up in the morning feeling happy, like ready to do stuff. Previously, I could barely drag myself out of bed. So, long story short, this *hit works WONDERS for me.
