If you’re sensitive to sleeping at night, take them early
Well, with mushroom powders (I take them for energy and mental clarity) I often dont know for sure that they’re working until they wear off and my “get up and go” departs. With these, twice in a row I took them shortly after noontime. Unfortunately my “get up and go” didn’t leave until well after it was time for sleep. So I will say they are effective – but take them early in the day!
