I was having intense muscle tension and spasms in my shoulder and neck. I was in a lot of pain. I went to my chiropractic Dr. twice with minimal success. She said my muscles were too tight for her adjustments to hold or help much. It was then a holiday weekend, so calling my regular Dr. was not an option for 3 days. I took a chance and ordered these before asking for prescription muscle relaxers and possible an x-ray, as I was still unsure what was causing the issue. ONE dose in and I was really hopeful. Two doses in and I knew these were really helping. I took them for 2 full days 3 times a day. I took 2 pills each time. I am 240lbs to give and idea to others about the dose they may need. I skipped taking them on the 3rd day to see how my pain and motion was. It was at about 90% function, where I had been at about 20% before and the pain was very very mild and sometimes not even noticeable. I have a chiro appointment in two days and I will take before I go to make sure my muscles are super relaxed and hopefully my adjustment will be just what I need to get back to 100%If I could no afford or get to the chiro, these pills alone are a life saver.Cons would be:The smell is something else! But it is a capsule, so the smell is not a taste, these pills were just as easy to take as most any capsule.I did get a headache several times while asking them, a side effect that seems to be common. OTC pain meds dealt with the headache along with some extra water and a heating pad. Nothing had duled the nerve pain and muscle pain I was dealing with till these, so it was worth the headache.When you take them the first time or up the dose, you should wait to see how the effect you.Lastly, they are not supposed to be for long term use. That would be something worth involving your care team and Drs in deciding.Absolutely 100% worth it and I am very glad I tried these as it made so much difference for me.

Not for me
I really wanted to love this, unfortunately, I’ve taken it consistently and it has done nothing for me. I’ve even tried taking 4 capsules to see if that helped. I’ve used Valerian in the past, so I know it doesn’t have the opposite effect of keeping me alert. It seems like it works for some, just not me.

I want to like these. Thus far I do think they do help my body muscles relax since having a neck/shoulder pain. The smell upon opening this bottle stinkyyy but I hold my breath and just swallow. They come in one of those plastic capsule. Overall I think it’s working for me. It does say to take twice a day. I take one before leaving and one before bed.
