Worked for something else, but I’ll take it
I originally purchased this product as part of a supplement stack to combat a recent GERD episode. Apparently it’s good at healing and soothing the esophagus lining, in which my was irritated. The product did an ok job in this regard, but I prefer Slippery Elm Bark as I can feel the irritation reduce much more on that product.Marshmallow root, however, practically obliterated the poor digestion that I’ve been suffering from since I was a teenage. Let’s just say that I don’t have Crohn’s, but it’s somewhat close. Anyways, once I started taking this product, I realized that I was performing perfect #2s every day, once a day. Before I would have to do a #2 at least 3x per day, sometimes running to the bathroom. Yes, I got scoped by a gastroentorologist, and he said that nothing appeared out of the ordinary. So, I’ll continue taking this product once a day, but not to fight my annoying GERD, but to have perfect #2s.I apologize in advance if anyone found this review gross. It’s difficult to talk about the GI system w/o getting a little messy.

PHENOMENAL!!
This herb marshmallow is truly a miracle herb! This kills 2 birds with 1 stone for both acid reflux and bladder issues. I believe for the last month or so I have had this relapse with my bladder issues from a prescription drug with awful side effects that I promptly threw in the trash. I took this marshmallow before work today and it was amazing- no pain- no running to the restroom every 30 minutes- SO PLEASED WITH THIS. Also this is important if you have IC or chronic UTI’s- I learned from a holistic doctor that an underlying cause of these bladder conditions is yeast or candida- it’s important to take a powerful probiotic-like with 50 billion life cultures- also keep your body alkaline. If my bladder ever burns I take a very small amount of baking soda 1/4 teaspoon in some water and take a few gulps and throw the rest away- be careful lots of sodium in baking soda- can cause edema- I would only do this every 6 hours or so. No acidic drinks or foods like orange juice. I suffered most of my life with these bladder issues and I can honestly say with these lifestyle changes I am a different person. Throughout my fifties and now I am 60 my bladder is healthier and stronger 100% than when I was in my twenties. I can remember being in excruciating pain at age 21. SO SAD!! So cheer up there is hope. Also I have to say that there POWER IN PRAYER- and I have never been very good at prayer- 3 minutes on your knees with your mind totally focused on God is enough to make the Devil tremble and the hand of the ALMIGHTY to work on your behalf!! Absolutely life-changing. Since I can’t define What conditions this improved, you can do a search for intestinal and esophagus dosages. I love that these are certified organic. I have already purchased more. These are relatively easy to take. I have found them a great value over other brands I have tried.
