Will take time to see real results
I bought this for my father who buys Black Seed Oil from a private distributor (that is, more than likely, overcharging him) and figured this would be an easier way to take it. I initially wanted just a Black Seed Oil supplement, but this caught my eye as it has more minerals / vitamins included to target more areas he needs help with. His main areas of concern are his joints, lethargy, occasional digestive issues and muscle weakness he gets from time to time, I can not say that this has brought him back to 100%, but he seems to be a little cheerier and active these past couple weeks after having these pills for over a month now. Before, with just the Black Seed Oil, we’d have to deal with the extra large bottle, the exorbitant cost of it on its own, as well as the sticky, gross residue of the leftover oil in the dosing cup (he has memory trouble and does not always bring dishes / cups to the kitchen after eating)I’d say that it’s worth a try at the current price point, less than $30 for a month’s supply, as it combines a good blend of vitamins / minerals into an easy to take, virtually tasteless set of capsules a day.

I believe that after a couple of weeks of consistent usage, I saw a little increase in the spring in my step and a reduction in the number of occurrences of the mid-afternoon slump that I often experience. Although it is hard to state with absolute certainty what is responsible for every beneficial shift in one’s energy levels, I do believe that this supplement was a contributing factor in the increase in how alert and focused I felt. Before I started using this medication, I had mornings and evenings that were not pleasant, and during such times, I sometimes had slight pain or bloating. At first, I was doubtful that a supplement could make much of a difference; nevertheless, after using it consistently for almost two weeks, I observed that I felt lighter and more at peace. In particular, it assisted me in feeling more at ease after meals, which I believe contributed to the overall sense of healthiness that it produced, which was not overt but was clearly noticeable. An enormous sense of comfort comes from the fact that I get the impression that my system has become more balanced and less prone to periodic disturbances.
