Impressive supplement from an impressive company
The bottle comes about two-thirds full. Not too bad, but I’d prefer a smaller bottle.If used as directed the bottle will last one month.The expiration date (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom!) on mine is Dec 2025, so about 1.5 years from now.The scent and taste of the capsules is very light, and they are slightly smaller than usual and easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says manufactured in the USA and has the GMP stamp. The website says they are 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many shady ones. The estheliv site is functional as well as informative. It says they started setting up their scientific team in 1998, and have eight scientific research patents. Normally I like to have a phone number (there is one on the side of the bottle) or a building with their name on it to help verify the company and show they are established, but I think they have done a good job of that.I got this for me because of the high quality, and the ingredients help me with things too, like sleep. But my wife saw and claimed it. It is pricey, but to be confident that you’re getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it’s been helpful.

Not bad!
I’m always looking for supplements to help with hormones/lady issues, so I am happy to get to try these. Compared to other similar supplements, these have added PQQ rather than just the usual inositols, so they are pricey because of the higher quality ingredient. I feel like you could do your research and find other brands with lower pricing, but they may not be the same quality. They are easy to take and don’t have a bad smell or taste. My biggest complaint is that you have to take 4 daily, which is a lot for one type of supplement.. I already take other supplements so that just adds to the handful of pills to take.

PQQ + Inositol
This “Ovarian health” supplement is PQQ + inositol. The PQQ dosage is good, but low at 10mg (some supplements offer 20mg per serving). The PQQ quality is excellent, however, using PureQQ brand PQQ.The inositol dosage is a little low, at just around 1000mg per serving. Daily dosage of inositol is 1000-4000mg per day.Note that the serving size is 4 capsules, which I find a little excessive considering there is only around 1000mg active ingredients per serving.Overall – it’s a good quality PQQ supplement, but not much more. It’s good for boosting mitochondrial health as well as supporting ovarian health based on the research.

Triple power
This supplement not only has a perfect ratio of 40:1 myo:chiro inositol, but it also has pqq. Pqq is often lacking in inositol supplements, but it plays an important role in anti aging and ovarian health. Usually I take pqq separately, but this supplement conveniently has everything combined into one. The dose is 4 capsules a day so the bottle lasts for a month. Not the best value for money but at least it’s effective.

I was already using COQ-10 gummies but I got this to try. I didn’t like the caplets or the price. Gummies are way easier and if you do the BOGO at Walgreen’s or CVS which they have all the time, plenty more affordable.
