Seem to be good quality and I’m getting results
I’ve suffered from sometimes very bad leg cramps at night. I’ve tried all sorts of “cures” with varying amounts of success. I read the specs on these supplements and figured I’d give them a try.So far so good. Now these are supposed to be good for a variety of things. But as mentioned my specific concern was the cramps. I’ve been using these for about a month now and with the exception of one small cramp (which is much better for me than normal) these have been a success.Based on how these have come through on that important aspect for me my inclination is that they’re-as claimed-helping with bone and muscle health also.I have onetiny caution it’s that you have to take three of these capsules everyday. I’m generally pretty good with swallowing large vitamins but these have been at my limit. If-like my wife-I were somebody that did have an issue with swallowing pills this aspect could be a hassle.But back to the main point. After a month I’ve had very good success for the reason I got these capsules, leg cramps. That was my issue and it’s been much better since I’ve been taking this supplement. Very satisfied.

Quality Brand
Magnesium glycinate is one form of magnesium that I prefer to take because it absorbs very well. Magnesium is beneficial for maintaining good health and I like to take it along with Vitamin D3 for strong bones. The Optimal Health Systems brand is very good, and the three capsules provide a good amount of the supplement. It’s good to read in the description that it has a GMP certification.

I had high expectations for these Optimal Health Systems Magnesium supplements as the listing touts “Non-GMO, Vegetarian, Whole Food, Gluten, Free, Dairy Free, GMP Certified”. None of these traits are on the plastic bottle. It’s not clear where they are manufactured – if it’s in fact the USA. It does say they “patented”, but it’s not transparent the source or if the Cellulose (Vegetable Capsule), Rice Flour & Silicone Dioxide or if they are actually NON-GMO. Nor does it seem they are 3rd party tested. For this sort of higher priced supplement, I expect these things. It does state the Date of Manufacture is 09/24. It hs a total of 90 capsules which is a 30 Day supply. The capsules are on the larger side. A high-quality supplement that says it’s ‘Farm to Family’ should have more verifiable information and come in a glass bottle

This is a pretty much unobjectionable supplement for people who want a bit more magnesium in their diet. I usually go with gummies, but figured I’d try a capsule supplement for a change.There’s no noticeable smell or taste to the capsules when taken normally. I don’t notice a change in my sleep when I switch from gummies with a similar amount of magnesium, so I’m satisfied with the effects, although obviously not everyone will have the same benefits if any, and some may take longer than others to get any benefits.My one concern is the size of the dose, and thus the price. It’s currently $49 on non-subscription orders, and with 3 capsules a day that’s a one month dose. The gummies I use with equal or higher dosage tend to be about $20-25 for 1 1/2 months worth. I’ll finish this bottle off and see if it makes a substantial difference, but I expect I’ll go back to the gummies when this bottle runs out.If you prefer capsules, it’s a great option. My partner thinks gummies are for children, so she would definitely pay extra for a more conventional delivery method.

First impression wasn’t good. I’m not sure if a capsule broke inside my bottle or this is standard packaging procedure, but the inside of the bottle is covered in white powder so when I go to take a capsule out, my finger gets covered in white powder. I’ve taken other magnesium tablets and this is the first time I encountered this. The tablet got stuck in my throat a little bit. It seemed a little drier than other capsulesThis has magnesium glycinate in it and a few other ingredients which is cellulose (vegetable capsule), rice flour and silicon dioxide. These seem to be pricier, compared to other tablets for 30-day Supply. Magnesium glycinate is supposed to help with relaxation.

Magnesium is supposed to have many benefits. For me it helps me sleep as I take 2 before bedtime and I don’t wake up as much. These came safety sealed and I always sniff and there was no moldy smell, so they were fresh. Now YMMV on this but I advise that if you have never taken Magnesium before then begin on a starter dose. This is 3 at night before bed. I do two and I suggest you go with 1 a night for a few days. Let your body adjust as you might get diarrhea if you go full on 3 a night. I am not a doctor, and as with all things your body may be different, but magnesium in high dosage has that listed as a possible side effect. So slow and steady. But if you are having trouble sleeping this may definitely work for you!
