So far, I did notice a little improvement in energy and mental clarity…
I’ve been taking these tablets daily for a few weeks, and while I can’t measure the long-term benefits yet, they’ve been easy to add to my routine and haven’t caused any stomach issues. Each serving provides 60mg of L-ergothioneine from two 30mg tablets, along with collagen peptides, sodium hyaluronate, ceramides, elastin, and vitamins C and E. The quality seems good, with a sealed bottle and a formula made in the USA, though the tablets are a bit larger and drier than I prefer. The price is fairly steep at around $56 for 60 tablets (at the time of this review), so it may feel expensive if you’re on a supplement budget. I did notice a little improvement in energy and mental clarity, but the benefits are subtle, and some of the anti-aging claims are difficult to verify from personal experience alone.

Don’t see a difference with using
This box of O’NLSO L-ergothioneine is well packaged, not only does it come shrink wrapped on the outside, the box is quite secure and it comes with a safety film on the inside of the bottle. The tablets are fairly large, so keep that in mind if you have trouble swallowing pills. This box includes a 30 day supply. Overall, while taking, I haven’t seen any change in my energy levels and I question the effectiveness of this supplement. Overall, the claimed seem too good to be true and seems to be an expensive placebo.

I got this L-Ergothioneine Supplement as it acts as a powerful antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress and inflammation. I have been through Cancer, and my goal is a antioxidant rich diet. These capsules came carefully packaged with none cracked or broken. They did not have any scent or taste which made them seem fresh. The price point was also on par with the other ones for sale, but these are labelled as being made in the USA which was the big selling point for me. Overall, a good purchase.

I’ve been taking the O’NLSO L-Ergothioneine Supplement (30mg) for about 10 days. Overall I think I like the product so far, but I can’t say with certainty yet whether it’s actually working for me.L-Ergothioneine is often talked about as a powerful antioxidant that may help support cellular health, reduce oxidative stress, promote better cognitive clarity, and contribute to healthy aging and energy levels. Some people also look to it for potential benefits around focus and overall vitality.In my short time using it I’ve noticed a little bit more energy and I feel a little less foggy, which lines up with some of those supposed benefits. I didn’t notice any significant effects
The label promotes a number of anti-aging, skin, and vitality benefits, which naturally caught my attention as someone approaching 40. I’d never heard of L-ergothioneine before trying this, so I was curious to see whether I’d notice anything from it.After taking it, I can’t honestly say that I noticed much of a difference. I generally have high energy levels already, and my skin has always been pretty good for my age, so admittedly those aren’t the easiest areas for me to judge.Supplements like this can be difficult to evaluate because many of the claimed benefits aren’t necessarily things you can see or feel. Based purely on my own experience, though, I didn’t notice any dramatic results, so this probably isn’t something I’d get again.

Well Tolerated, but the Tablets Are Fairly Large
I used this supplement for one week in place of my usual L-ergothioneine product rather than taking the two together. The serving size is two tablets, providing a total of 60 mg of ergothioneine, or 30 mg per tablet.The tablets are oval and somewhat larger than I expected. I could swallow them comfortably with a full drink or along with food, but found them more difficult to take without either. Anyone who has trouble swallowing larger tablets should keep that in mind.On the positive side, there is no noticeable scent, unpleasant flavor, or lingering aftertaste. I also experienced no stomach discomfort or digestive issues during the week I used them.The formula includes collagen tripeptide, sodium hyaluronate, and a proprietary blend containing ceramide, elastin, and vitamins C and E. Because the individual amounts within that proprietary blend are not disclosed, it is difficult to evaluate those ingredients separately.Claims involving anti-aging, skin, heart, brain, or cellular benefits are not something I could objectively assess after a week of use. What I can say is that the supplement was well tolerated and free of unpleasant taste or odor, although the fairly large tablets make it somewhat less convenient than smaller capsules or softgels.
