Finally feeling back to normal
I unfortunately have to report that taking your daily vitamins, getting sunlight and water, and getting your steps in actually work. I recently hit my mid-30’s and have been feeling sluggish for a couple months now, repeatedly sick again and again, really just hit a slump, but these really work.I don’t feel a boost per se, it feels like I’m finally regulating and balanced, like I’m no longer punching below my weight class. Just want everyone to be aware if you take these on an empty stomach they WILL make you nauseated and possibly vomit. So eat something first
