These kids multivitamins have a soft texture that does not stick to my teeth too much. They smell really fragrant and appetizing. In terms of taste, they have a decent fruit flavor that does a good job representing whatever fruit they are supposed to be, and does not taste overly artificial. They also have a level of sweetness that feels just right.They have a simple formulation with all the expected types of vitamins, in reasonable quantities. None of the vitamins included are above 100% of one’s recommended daily value, which is great. There are also no extra bits of herbs and nutrients, only vitamins.They are also made in Germany, which is something reassuring.Overall these multivitamins are tasty and would be accepted by most kids for sure. I got these multivitamin for my kids and they absolutely love them! What made me choose this particular one was the fact that it contains iron, because I have found it surprisingly difficult to find a kids gummy vitamin that includes it. My kids take two gummies every day, and they actually get excited when it is “vitamin time ” which makes my life so much easier. I also like that they are getting vitamin D, C, E, and zinc along with the iron, so it feels like a convenient way to add some extra nutrients to their daily routine.My only complaint is that I wish the bottle came with more gummies, especially since two a day means the 60 count bottle is only a one month supply per child. That said, I think the price is still pretty fair for what you are getting and the fact that my kids willingly take them without me having to remind them makes it worth it for me. The orange and pineapple flavor is a big hit in my house, and I’m definitely happy I found a gummy vitamin with iron that my kids actually enjoy taking!

Half of the gummies are a bronze-orange color, and the other half are a dark reddish-brown color. My kids chew them in the morning after they eat breakfast before school, which makes it super easy to remember and fits the label instructions perfectly. It’s not loaded with sugar, but it does have sugar with 2 gummies coming in at 5g of carbs. In terms of texture, it is slightly sticky when grab onto it and when you bite into it, it’s not quite a gummy bear texture but what you may find with other traditional gummy-based supplements. Taste wise, it has quite a range of flavors. It starts out sort of fruity in a citrus way, but at times I felt like there might’ve been an “iron-y” taste to it, but it’s not consistent.My 8yo son tried it but didn’t care for it, but then again, he’s picky. My 12yo daughter was okay with it but wasn’t excited about it either. So, you might get a hit and miss with the taste appealing to your kids.
