I believe that my nails are growing faster.
I’ve been taking the Omogs Biotin for several weeks now, and my nails are growing out quicker than before. For reference, my horse also takes Biotin for her hooves and her daily dose of the supplement contains only 5,000mcg. So, what I take with two tablets is twice as much as a horse! I’d consider that a good deal. The tablets are not overly large, and have no objectionable taste or smell. Time will tell how effective they are on my chronically brittle nails, and by the end of one bottle I should know. So far, so good.
