I’ve been taking these Aura Omega Reds softgels and so far I’m happy with them. The bottle comes with 60 softgels, which equals 60 servings, so it lasts a good amount of time. The softgels are easy to swallow, and one thing I really appreciate is that they don’t leave a fishy aftertaste or cause any nasty burps afterward.It’s hard for me to say exactly what changes I’ve noticed because supplements like this tend to work more behind the scenes, at least in my experience. This red krill oil supplement is a nice way to easily get a good amount of omegas supplemented in your diet. The pills are very small and a smooth oblong shape that is easy to take. Opening the jar and the pills themselves have a slight fishy smell but not much. Since taking them I haven’t noticed any fishy taste or burps. I like the simple ingredient list without much else besides what the bottle lists as inactive ingredients including, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, and carob. Im mostly hoping it helps with cholesterol levels and cant be sure of its effectiveness but I haven’t noticed any negative effects. At the current price of about 35 dollars for the bottle with 60 servings or soft gels it seems like a decent value.

Lots of Fish!
As someone that sometimes struggles to swallow a pill, I was interested to see how these were. While the pills are not small, they are shaped nicely and were always easy to swallow. That’s a huge plus for me. I didn’t get any offensive taste or flavors while swallowing, and didn’t notice any aftertaste or fish flavor later either.They’re definitely not a magic pill that gives instant energy, but with consistent usage, it is a good part of the daily routine and I felt like it was effective. All in all, these are pretty good for the price as long as you use them right!

The softgels are very easy to swallow and does not have a fishy smell or taste. You don’t even get the occasional fishy burp as well.
