    I know flaxseed is very good for the body

    I know flaxseed is very good for the body, but can not stand the taste of ground flax. After using this product plus other supplements, my bone density scan was better this year. I feel like this product contributed to the better scan. No after taste, the pill is big but easy to swallow.

    I am taking these, one a day, for dry eyes. I think they’re helping, but it could also be the warmer weather and greater humidity.Regardless, the quality seems very good and fresh. No oily scent.

    I like this flaxseed oil because it makes my skin soft and moisturized. I’m in menopause and flaxseed also helps to not get breast cancer. It’s also good for your digestive system. It keeps things moving along. Also keeps your circulation moving and a anti inflammatory. I noticed a difference with my skin in about a week. Oh and it’s good for dry eyes too. Thank you! LS

    Large and dark hard to swallow but, seemed to work fine. No repeating or burps from this oil. so I ordered a second bottle. However, the second bottle I ordered arrived a week after its expiration date expired. Very disappointed in the fact that the company would send out a bottle that expired. I returned it, no problem. I than decided to try another brand and I am glad I did.

    Flax seed in tablet form

    Bought it as my doctor recommended 2000 mg. to improve sleeping. It works for me as I get a more solid sleep. Plus, the tablet does not expire like the liquid does. Yay!

    I have a severely arthritic and painful shoulder. Taking flaxseed oil truly helps reduce the pain. But check first if you plan to take some to ensure there are no contraindications with any prescription meds you are taking.
