I have been struggling with high eye pressure and dry eye condition. My doctor recommended to start taking fish oil with high EPA and DHA. After searching some products I came up to this fish oil that actually has high amount of EPA and DHA in one capsule . On the bottle I saw that it has been tested for impurities and that’s the best for my eye health. After taking this fish oil for a month I noticed that my eye pressure is controlled and I have less pain. I wish it was a little cheaper so I could afford to buy more.

Excellent Quality
I really don’t like taking so many pills in a day but this fish oil is only once a day formula for a high dose of 1200 mg. That’s why I chose this one over others but also I found that this fish oil is made of Peruvian Anchovies which is less likely to be contaminated by heavy metals because they are very small fish, at least that is what my research said. I took it for 2 weeks before sleep with zinc for my joints and muscles to feel less sore definitely see some positives results. I had a knee surgery and for a long time i had a crackling noise in the joint and now It went away completely

No noticeable smell or taste
I came here to review after my third bottle because, for the first time, I smelled/tasted the pill after digesting it. So my tip is to take it with food, long before your last bite lol that was my mistake this time. The smell/taste only lasted about 5 mins but it was definitely unpleasant lol. Not over the top but there nonetheless.

Minimal fish odor, super easy to swallow and great results
These soft gels are created without so many additives like others I tried before, I notice it is much easier to digest. I take it twenty minute before food and never felt any burp. After using for a few months I could tell that my cholesterol levels didn’t go up and it started to drop slowly. Overall I am happy with this pills .

Description is not accurate. There is no lemon flavor and I had “fishy burps”
I don’t know why the package says lemon flavor. There is no lemon flavor or scent. It was easy to swallow considering the size of the capsule, which was good. I searched specifically for the “no fishy burps” formulas, and I took my first one this morning and burped up the fish flavor within an hour. I’m going to try to take it after dinner to see if that makes a difference. So far, I’m disappointed.
