High quality, all capsules present, but they are a bit large!
I should begin by saying that I can’t comment on the effects of this product since they may vary on an individual basis, but I will share the details that I can!Quality: All of the capsules arrived intact, dry, and without any issues.Count: All 60 capsules were present and accounted for!Size: These are large capsules! They are roughly 1″ long about 3/8″ wide at their widest point.Other thoughts: These capsules are distributed by an American company called Daily Defense that is a partner with NutraFirst, an Indian company. This initially concerned me, but after reading through information on the Daily Defense website, I learned that the capsules are manufactured according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in FDA-registered and approved facilities, so this put my mind at ease.Overall, I definitely recommend this product!

This bottle comes less than 50% full, which is one of my pet peeves with most supplement companies. The suggested use is one capsule 1-2 times per day, in which case the bottle will last 1-2 months. I’d rather they make it at least two months or use a smaller bottle.The “best by” date is Jul 2025, so just over a year from now.The gel caps have that “grocery store fish counter” scent to them but I don’t detect a taste even when I let one sit on my tongue to see if I can detect a taste. They have a nice matte finish to them, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says none of those. The product page says Made in the USA and has the GMP stamp.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many shady ones. The mydailydefense site is functional and appears to be complete. Daily Defense is one of a number of brands Nutrafirst has. They have been in business over 25 years, but I would still feel better if there were a phone number or some other more direct way to contact them than just email. Even a chat feature on the site. The Nutrafirst trademark owner has an address in Ohio, but the only Nutrafirst in Google Maps is in India. They also have supplements, but I can’t find something that indicates these are the same company. It’s when there are so many layers like this that even with established companies I start feeling lost and end up going with a company that is more transparent.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredients here, including the lack of the usual stearate and dioxide fillers that most supplement companies use. Solid Omega 3 supplement
I take fish oil supplements daily. This supplement has fit into my morning regimen seamlessly. It has all the ingredients I am looking for and it is easy to swallow. It doesn’t have a nasty smell or taste and it pairs very well with food/milk/coffee. For those who are in the market for a fish oil supplement, I would highly recommend giving this one a try.

Nice Sized Dose Of Omega 3
I’ve been taking Omega 3 for a number of decades now. I started taking it way before it was really ‘mainstream’. The health benefits are clear and well researched.I am always on the lookout for decent quality, good value brands.This one has 3rd party cert and made in a gmp facility. That is generally what I use as my criteria.The pills are a little large but that is a direct relationship to the amount of oil – so to be expected.No issues after taking them.Seem to be a good value product

Solid fish oil pills
So these seem great. They do have a fishy smell which… well makes sense but none of the taste as it has as little to no taste as the multivitamin I take it with in the morning. The pills are easy to swallow and didn’t leave any kind of an aftertaste in my mouth either. This is a solid 60 day supply and it’s easy to recommend.

Good potency fish oil supplement
This fish oil supplement from Daily Defense is pretty good. The capsules are a bit on the large side, but they go down easy enough. What I like is the potency – you’re getting a decent dose of omega-3s in each pill. No fishy burps or weird aftertaste either.The price is okay, not the cheapest out there but not crazy expensive either. It’s nice that it’s made in the USA. I would love to see a certificate of purity or third party certification.Overall, it does the job well. If you’re in the market for a fish oil supplement, this one’s worth checking out.
