Not burpless, good ingredients
I’ve taken omega supplements for years, so I was interested in trying this one because the ingredient profile looked solid. The EPA and DHA content is good, and I like taking omega-3s for overall heart health, skin hydration, and general wellness.Unfortunately, I can’t agree with the “burpless” claim. I experienced fishy burps fairly regularly, especially if I didn’t take the capsules with a larger breakfast m. The softgels themselves are easy enough to swallow, but the bottle has a noticeable fish oil smell when opened, which isn’t my favorite.The recommended serving is two capsules daily, and with only 60 softgels per bottle, you’re getting about a one-month supply. I don’t think it’s a particularly good value, but I do appreciate the vitamin D3 boost.Overall, the ingredients seem well chosen, and I appreciate the potential health benefits of the omega-3s, but the fishy aftertaste, noticeable odor, burps, and relatively short supply keep this at just an okay product for me.

Easy-to-Swallow Fish Oil Softgels, but Definitely Not Burpless for Me
These softgels seemed perfectly fine in terms of packaging, appearance, and ease of use, but unfortunately, they didn’t agree with my digestive system at all. The capsules are smooth and reasonably easy to swallow, and the bottle provides a straightforward 30-day supply at the suggested two-softgel serving.I also appreciate that the Supplement Facts clearly separate the total fish oil amount from the actual omega-3 content. A full serving contains 2,000 mg of fish oil, including 550 mg of EPA and 350 mg of DHA. That distinction is important because the large 2,000 mg number on the front doesn’t mean the serving contains 2,000 mg of EPA and DHA.My biggest issue is that these were absolutely not burpless for me. I experienced both a lingering fishy taste and repeated fishy burps after taking them. I initially tried taking the capsules with food, but the unpleasant aftertaste still occurred.I then switched to taking them at night, hoping I could sleep through the fishy burps and avoid noticing the taste. Unfortunately, that approach was even worse for me because they triggered enough heartburn to keep me awake. After trying more than one timing method, I had to stop taking them.Digestive tolerance is extremely individual, so someone who normally handles fish oil well may have a completely different experience. However, anyone prone to heartburn, reflux, or fish-oil burps should know that the “burpless and easy to digest” claim isn’t guaranteed.Beyond the digestive side effects, I didn’t have any complaints about the physical quality of the softgels. They arrived properly sealed, weren’t stuck together, and didn’t appear damaged or leaky. The capsules were also easier to swallow than some of the oversized fish oil softgels I’ve tried.I wasn’t able to use them consistently or long enough to evaluate any broader wellness-related benefits. My review is therefore based on the things I could directly assess: capsule quality, swallowing, aftertaste, burping, and digestive comfort.Unfortunately, the heartburn and fishy burps made this supplement unusable for me, especially at the current price for a one-month supply.

good omega capsules
These are good capsules however, they do have an aftertaste a litle after taking them. The other ones I was using never made me burp up, but these do have a fishy taste afterwards. It does not give me an upset stomach and I believe they work, but I’m not fond of the aftertaste. They are easy to swallow and they appear to be giving me the same benefits as my other pills I was taking. However, once these are done, I will go back to my original ones.

No Fishy Burps!
High purity fish oil and no fishy burps! I like to shoot for a 3:1 ratio of EPA to DHA which is really difficult to find. This does have a higher EPA to DHA ratio which is good. I have had no side effects since taking these and they appear to be an okay price for high purity omega3 fish oil. They digest easily and I am able to swallow without problems so the texture is good. I would say they are an affective fish oil pill. No fishy burp side effects.

This is pretty much exactly what I expect from a good fish oil supplement. The softgels are easy to take, and most importantly for me, I haven’t had any fishy aftertaste or fish burps with these. I’ve taken omega-3 supplements before and never really had that issue, and this one has been the same.The capsules come in a 60-count bottle and are straightforward to incorporate into a daily routine. Easy to Swallow, No Burps
I’ve taken 3 softgels so far, once per day. No side effects, no burping, no aftertaste, no fishy smell upon opening; the softgels don’t stick together. What faint taste there is is a slightly sweet, artificial vanilla – pleasant, not off-putting, but not a gourmet, authentic vanilla. Easy to swallow, smooth, typical fish oil softgel size. I haven’t been particularly observant for subtle improvements or benefits, but I believe these take time for noticeable results.These softgels are cloudier and darker than the fish oil softgels I’ve gotten that are made in China. There is reassuring transparency on the bottle label; each ingredient is listed clearly: fish oil, capsule shell ingredient (gelatin), purified water, humectants (ins 422 & ins 420 [il]), preservative (ins 218) and artificial flavoring agent (ethyl vanillin). Fish oil source is derived from salmon, and is said to be free from heavy metals (lead & mercury). Marketed and exported by Vasani International Pvt. Ltd. with listed address. Manufactured by Oribite Nutra Science Pvt. Ltd. with listed address as well. Made in India. My bottle’s manufactured date is 11/2025 and expiration date is 4/2027.
